We applied for the space for the home we were interested in and were turned down. They said they used Transunion and both of our credit scores were suppose to be way under the standard of 620 They also said we had excessive amount of inquires which we had not applied for any credit for over two years. I emailed them back about my concern that they were not using the standard credit check for approval and also asked why when I looked at our transunion credit scores they were both at 620 and above. Did not receive any response from management. They are asking almost 1000.00 for space rent and the park looks horrible. We were going to pay cash for the home. This is not the way to treat senior. The home would have been perfect for us. Do not waste your time with any of the Casa Del Sol locations. They are all the same.
Lived here for 5 years in our RV. Was told we could not renew for another year because they were getting rid of all the RVs. We had to scramble to find another place to live. Drove back thru the park a few weeks later and there was a sign on our previous lot saying it was for RV annual rent. The manager is a nasty witch who only likes a very few people. Do not go there. They are always having the water shut off and dont fix anything. Street lights are out for months. You cant complain about anything or you are out. We kept our lot neat and tidy. There are RVs that are old and junkie and still there. Beware of the witch!
My in-laws live in this community, and it is great knowing that they live in a well kept and quiet gated community. The properties are always so clean and well kept, the amenities are great, and the calmness is such a plus!we love visiting them. Very safe community!Location: 5/5
sadly since the owners had came in and made changes , they have lost two of the best office ladies , one the office/park manager and the assistant manager , things are not quit the same around there . now it seems that the owners no longer want to rent so have given the residents the choice to buy or move . I lived there for three years and it was a great place back then . the staff was great and the people in the community were great . now I go by to visit and here a lot of complaints from some of the residents , too bad .

We have lived here almost 8buears and love it.
I don't know too many people here as though I have been living there for over two years now, but I would say that it has been mostly quiet around where I live. I don't have too much interaction with the office personnel but they are always happy to help with whatever I need. Although maintenance is not as helpful as they should be but I'm sure that's because they are always busy with things around the park. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone searching for a place to live.
Nice place and friendly people that live there
Very nice community. Kim N. was very helpful, very nice. She showed us some homes. The only thing I did not like was if you get a home there you will have to pay for the lot rent each month. It could range between $697. -$732. So if you can't afford to pay cash for your home. You will have a mortgage to pay + the lot rent. Not to mention the property tax. twice a year.
The great place to relax the management needs to open things up though come on people
