Absolutely love their salsa and fresh chips and their always unusual margaritas. Menu is easy to read. Food is fabulous. Never have to wait. Service is fast and very nice. Bathrooms are spotless. Restaurant is very clean. Food is so very very good. I love this restaurant and frequent at least once a week. Tried all different things to eat and always great. Takeout is good too. Love this restaurant
We were in town from Beaumont for a softball tournament. Came in on Sunday morning and were seated immediately. The food was amazing. The salsa and green sauce was 10x better than our casa ole. The service was even better. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and the fajitas smelled and tasted delicious. Very pleased with this visit.
The nicest staff! Food was quick and hot! Was our 1st time and we'll be back for sure! The manager, Roslyn was very quick to come and welcome us on our 1st visit and made us feel right at home! Our waitress, Lois, was very attentive and excellent service! Would recommend to everyone! From the Siragusa Family
The food wasn't bad, not very good either though. Literally everything that they serve has celery in it, which unfortunately I cannot tolerate. From the queso down to the beef, I'm pretty the rice had celery in it as well. We did not know who our waitress or waiter was as we had multiple people ask us different questions about drinks, appetizers and ordering. Not much organization. However the manager was very kind. He did a great job in trying to fix all the errors we encountered.
This is my new go to place for Mexican food. I love to meet friends here and eat their amazing salsa. Problem is now I'm addicted to ordering their fajita floutas. What's a flouts? Its heaven; small chunks of perfectly grilled and seasoned steak wrapped in a tortilla, lightly fried, then covered in cheese.
Messed my bill up. Charged for a large taco salad when I ordered the lunch salad with no soup. Waited 10 mi Utes for a frozen margarita the machine was t ready good not up to standtds didn't give my senior discount even though I asked. Personnel didn't work together very bad experience. Also asked for a new casa ole card and hostess walked off without giving me one
The quality of the food here has really gone downhill, while the prices have gone up. Additionally we waited 10 minutes to be seated, and the place was practically empty. The service was just ok. Not impressed.
Food was cold flavorless, order was wrong, out of lemons, drinks warm. Took forever to even get chips and salsa...tea watered down... id been better off buying tv dinners. They would of had more flavor...
I always liked Casa Ole however tonight I was extremely disappointed. The service was good but when you order sizzling fajitas then you expect sizzling fajitas. Our fajitas were cold.
Great service and very nice people. The fajitas had absolutely no taste to them whatsoever and the pico de gallo was basically chunks of mushy tomato. I will say the portion was good and that it was sizzling hot.
