Casas del Campo Mobile Home Park Office

I've lived here just a little over a year. I my place when I turned 55. I love the salt water pool. The clubhouse is very nice. Pool tables are awesome. Mostly quiet. Espee park right behind us is also nice. I haven't had any problems. New manager that seems to be doing a good job. Took a while to get my pool key card but it's ok. I understand they had to get a new system. Overall I'm happy where I am at this stage of my life. Also Chandler fire department will come and put all new expensive smoke detectors throughout your home for free. I feel safer now. Beautiful place. And cheaper than almost all.

Very nice location and facility in Chandler AZ. Perfect for us as near family and facilities. Joyce was accommodating as we had a one week request vs long term. There was some confusion on rate but this was worked out and taken care of. Appreciate the facility and would stay here again. Wife and I are new to RVing and each new experience is a great education as we continue our travels.

The groundskeeper here is trouble and the pool has been closed for over a week now in the hottest part of the season. There needs to be a lot of up grades done to the electrical boxes and the park in general. The laundry room is always dirty also.

Nice place, Very Dark at night.

The park is very well maintained. The salt water heated pool is heavenly. However, the 4 years since we have lived here, we have seen a lot of changes, the physical appearance has been kept up, but the overall management is not professional, the management over the grounds is very rude and disrespectful to almost every resident that lives here. He takes advantage of the elderly for minor repairs which he over charges for his services. When he first started he was very friendly and acted like he cared. The management does not care for any of the concerns of their residents, they talked to you with a superior authority and they just do not care to listen to you

Overall the park seem to be a very nice park the clubhouse at pool area seem to be very clean the management seem to be friendly and the people in the park that lived there seem to be friendly to

The place is ok but the people who run it are terrible

Came here for a friend's birthday party , was a chill little place except for the Karen who got mad we were being loud at 6pm on a Saturday lol
