"Recently had service and maintenance on my 2012 Road King Classic; 50500 miles. New rear tire, brakes, fluids, and heated grips installed. Staff were professional and excellent overall. They kept me informed of the status of parts and availability and were quick to identify wear and tear where parts needed replacing. All work was performed in a timely manner and at the expected cost. I also purchased a pre-owned 09 Fat Boy. Sales and financing staff were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and fun!"
Came to Destination to buy boots with some fellow truckers and Jim was so good we bought a bike. We live in north Florida and the Triglide they had was perfect for my wife. Jim walked us through the process of how to get it all the way back as well as filling out the starting info to the bike delivery service. 10/10 from these guys for sure getting these truckers all set up. Would for sure recommend anyone looking for a bike to hit them up. Still can't believe we are 3000 mile from home and bought one.

Drove from Sequim to buy a couple of helmets . The selection was very limited and I was looking for a different size . There was only one other customer at that end of the store and one representative that wouldn't even say weather they had other sizes. Several other employees walked by unconserned with customers needing assistance . I stood waiting for forty five minutes for assistance before leaving and driving back to Sequim . Hard to believe that a store of that size would have such bad customer service I will not be going back I will drive the extra miles to a dealership that actually wants my business

"I would like to start off that everyone in every department has been kind to me and show me lots of love throughout my experience with buying and trading in multiple times. Jim is a straight to the point, helpful, and willing to fight for you to get you your dream bike. Also an amazing Christian brother. Nichole and Dakota are probably the coolest set of humans Ive ever met. Very kind, understanding, and genuine. Definitely the best first contact, and last contact upon arriving and leaving the store. So now for service: I would like say that Stormy when she was still there, took care of me very well in my experience with service. Im sad to see her move on to bigger better things but Im truly happy for her. I will miss her and her care for my Harley. Patrick has done an amazing job in my opinion the last few times Ive had my bike in service and I appreciate his willingness to make sure Im happy and lets me where things are at during the process. I really want to give BIG props to Otto. Im at the point now where I will not let any other service person work on my bike accept for him. Ive had a couple bikes come thru with Otto working on them and Im impressed and thoroughly grateful of how he truly cares about my bike. It shows in the details. Im somewhat particular with how I like things and every time its beyond my expectations. From fixing my broken license plate holder to a full entire stage 1 modification. Including new grips, brake and clutch lever, slip on exhaust, mustache engine guard were all done with great care and a timely manner and a fresh wash. Which really made me happy cause it was filthy from riding all day in the rain. It was spit shine clean. I appreciated that he was able to sit me down on the bike and walk thru everything to make sure every aspect of the build was to my liking with honest feedback building trust. All the way down to the 1/4” reveal of the chrome slip ons from the black heat covers. Like I said, its in the details. And thats what keeps people coming back. If you havent already, please let Otto know how much I appreciate him and that he is doing an incredible job there. Truly an asset to your service department. And I will be asking Otto to see if he’s been acknowledged, so make sure this happens. When people are acknowledged and shown they are appreciated they will continue to generate amazing work and keep people like me happy. Often people behind the scenes get overlooked and I wanted to write in to ensure they get credit where its due. "
I have had excellent relationships with Destination Harley since they opened. their service is always good in repairs and buying new bikes. I recommend them for all your motorcycle needs.
You absolutely need to buy from Red, you'll know who I'm talking about when you see her. Best sales person I've ever worked with! Service and parts are awesome too. They will take the time to get to know you by name.

From the minute I walked into the dealership, I was treated very well. Every single staff member was courteous and fun. I had a lot of questions and they were great about answers and showing me things I needed to know about my first H-D bike purchase. Even a few customers that came in were great and I feel like I will make many friends that also share the biking lifestyle. It's fair to say that only after a week, I am a loyal destination customer."
