I'm wrtiting this to counter some of the negative reviews I'm seeing. For 5+ years we have specified the heck out of this product for use as locking security dividers in commercial projects. The sales/technical support team are quite knowledgable and very responsive, installation has always gone smoothly, they look great and we have recieved a bunch of positive feedback from our clients.
Six months after I spent close to $6000 on a cascade coil drapery it started to rust. We were very disappointed we sent emails never got a reply back, our contractor contacted them and they were willing to look at the drapery but we would have to cover the cost of shipping there and back, which is very expensive and there were no guarantees that they were going to fix it. We even got a metal worker to come look at it and he said that the paint wasn’t properly baked on. They’re just looking to make a quick buck and do not use quality products nor do they fix their mistakes or stand by their word. There’s better companies out there that care about their customers and are more affordable.
ARCHITECTS PLEASE USE CAUTION when considering this company. We purchased $20K worth of fabric coil and was told they would help with the installation. Now they say they will not come out because of their work load and mentioned we would be charged for this service. They also require 50% deposit before they procure any product. In the commercial world this is not a standard business protocol. Their prices/quotes are only good for 30 days and then the price goes up if you do not hold the price with a 50% deposit even if your project is out 6 months. Very bad management and customer service.
Buyer beware....the quality of their product I would say is average for the cost and the customer service was terrible. I understand this is a custom order but I had an issue with the length of my screen and they said they would fix it and have done nothing. I will not purchase anything from them again.
After seeking advice for putting in a security system, Cascade Coil was there to help me get the job done. I would advise this company over any others.
