Just know if u order pizza from here it's gonna be mostly crust and very little sauce and toppings. Been eating Casey's since a kid and never in my life had such a so called pizza this bad..also most of the staff are rude and act like they don't know what their job entails. The clerk was cool at least. The guy in the back acted like he had a problem.
It's 8-17-23 3:18pm. When someone says hello how are you and you get no response back. I don't know why the person is working the counter is in her position. Rude very rude. Been coming to this Casey's since it was open. It was my favorite Casey's. Won't go back while she works there. I would have to say that I spent a few hundred a week at this Casey's.
This place has gone downhill in the last year. Gas pumps rarely work, nothing is ever stocked inside and the employees are not very nice. They seem more involved in their own conversations than helping customers. It’s frustrating bc this station is closer to me, but I’d rather drive to another more dependable gas station nowadays.
They cant get any better,many many years we have gone to our local caseys- Destiny and Ashlynn are the best! Great ladies and always a joy!!
I was contacted after my online order was put in just to be told that they do not have pepperonis. After that I was told to cancel my order. You have to call the store to cancel an order. I called and called and called. Still no answer. When I went in to figure this issue out. I was also looking for dairy products. Once I found my products the milk was expired and has continued to sit in there freezer and has not been changed.
This location is AMAZING! My wife and I stop here about every single morning before work and make trips here during the day as well. The staff are the nicest and most helpful people I have ever encountered in a Casey’s store and I have been to several, including other states. Thank you Fairview Heights Casey’s staff for being the greatest. Casey’s corporate office employees and/or District manager, if you are reading this, the manager and all staff here are doing a phenomenal job every single day!
Employees are great, great customer service, and it shows that they care about their job because it ain't just a gas station but it definitely IS for the convenience of the customer. And the cleanliness and organization of that store is one of the most cleanest stores in this area...VERY impressed and will continue to come back!! Plus they're located down the street from my residence!! Great family and welcoming atmosphere!!
This casey's is okay, but honestly might be one of the worst ones around this area. Their drinks are never stocked and their employees like to talk to each other and you pretty much have to wait for them to get done before you're helped. They also say weird things to you far too much. Pizza is 5 stars, customer service is 1 star.
I walked dow to the Cassy store from the bowling Alley.The nice people.I was treated kind promptly wanted on. Everyone seam to have interest in the customers. So I can only say this is a good place to go get gas and etc. I also have driven there many times here and in Mt. Vernon Il. When I lived there. They were aways nice and friendly. Sincerely!
Should change business hours to not confuse customers. Hardly ever open at 6. Its 740 and still closed.
