Worst Casey's you could go to in missouri hands down. This is the third time I have walked in and walked right back out because there is no food in the hot box or the food looks old and dry. There are employees jacking off in the back yelling like they were hurt instead of making sure food stays fresh and full. I love Casey's but this ridiculous. Never going to that dumpster fire of a store again!
Nicholas and Ari made a well crafted pizza for me today and were running the store during the middle of a storm warning by themselves while there were more and more orders coming in, Fantastic job
Showed up 30 minutes after my pick up time was and was still boxing up my undercooked pizzas 33.00 bucks of raw dough and half melted cheese won't buy a pizza from there again
Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. The taco pizza was on the bottom of the stack. When we got home we found a note written on the box of the taco that they were out of taco sauce and tomatoes. Really? Couldn't bother calling us to see if we'd like something else or even telling us at pick up, just sneak it on the bottom. ‍
I absolutely love Casey's cheese pizza. It's a bummer that the closest one to me usually messes it up. When I buy a slice around lunch, it is usually good. When I order a whole pizza, it has so much cheese you can't even tell there is a crust under there. The crust is the best part so this is disappointing. I'm done ordering all from this location.
What ever happened to good old customer service??? We ordered a pizza online from Casey's and it was supposed to be ready for pick up by noon. I arrive right at noon, and not only is pizza not done, it wasn't started and they had two tickets in front of it. I'm not upset that the pizza roller was messing up, but I am pretty upset about the lack of customer service. When we ordered we gave our phone number, so why not call and let us know instead of making me come all the way there to tell me and then not even give me am eta?? And no they were not busy at that time, and had 3 employees that I could see, any one of them could have called customers!
Our Casey's is a local favorite of mine. Unfortunately you have to know when to go in to this store to be able to be treated with proper customer service. And if you want your pizza done right you have to know who's working the kitchen. Overall its a favorite
We'll have ordered pizza here before many times with no issues.The staff of store is all new now. My pizza made all of us sick. It was under cooked and looked a mess. If you want a good Colin cleansing go right ahead and order that pizza. I called the manager a young girl and told her I just wanted to let her know about the issue. I told her I didn't want anything. She told me we allust have the flu at exactly the same moment??? Good luck
Consistently getting worse and worse. Pizza is under cooked, not appealing, and simply no pride taken. Avoid this place in hopes something better replaces it. Side note, only has regular gas and diesel fuel. No premium or mid grade for sensitive vehicles. If you’re pulling a trailer or RV, good luck because parking is very limited.
Helpful staff, young lady filled up the cappuccino for the flavor my wife had me checking everywhere for. Clean store, stocked well. Good selection of eats and sweets no matter the time of day.
