Very friendly and helpful staff. Place was very clean. Didn’t have any issues at the pump. I don’t know that I care for the coffee in these new coffee dispensers—I made a medium blend and had to add more cream than usual as it was bitter. Wish they carried an almond milk creamer.
Friendly employees and the place is always clean. I just read a snide comment from someone who said "love the smoking area outside of store and gasoline being flammable is so overated". The store front is plenty far away from the pumps and it's not a smoking "area" just a place to put yours out if you have one! This really is a good establishment with great employees
Well ordered 2 pizzas, got told 45 min on delivery still waiting an hour later. Driver won't answer the stores phone calls. Person on the phone is rude. argue that the time from my house to the gas station is 20 min on his gps but on mine clearly reads 9 min. Love this transaction. Kinda really crappy service. We shall see what managment has to say in the morning.
Used to love going in for a slice of pizza and it used to be pretty good. Now, it's a hit or a miss, usually a miss. Cold, undercooked pizza. Filthy beverage counters. Lukewarm coffee. Cashiers out smoking when 6+ customers are waiting. Manager herself is rude and stands around when she should be leading by example. Countless emails to corporate achieve nothing. It's no longer a daily stop for me.
Fill up the fluid for the windshield squeegees. I stop here once or twice a month and they are always empty. Receipt paper is usually empty at the pump also. Details mater.
Rude customer service. I could not hear what the cashier was saying because she was talking very fast and quiet when I asked how much do I owe you she was very rude and said just give me 2 dollars. I will take my business elsewhere I strongly recommend boycotting this station.
Very rude at this location. Came in for green tea with honey which I usually get at Kwik Trip for 50 cents. Asked the girl if they had green tea she pointed. Asked for honey they had none She seemed like I was bothering her. Checked out with the person at counter who didnt know price. she charged me $1.70 because the other girl said that is what she charges! Will not be back! Rude and overpriced!
I just paid over $6. For a Chicken Salad. It was labeled wrong. I bought a garden salad with 4 pieces of chicken strips. The lettuce was shaved fine enough to be slaw and the chicken strips were a scary color of irridencent green. I picked them off the throw them away.. They were slimmy and smelled bad. One slipped out of my fingers onto the floor. My dog ran up to clean the floor... AND WOULDN'T EAT IT. The girl at check out was in obvious physical pain and would've rather been Anywhere but there.
Ordered 2 sausage pizzas that were supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, showed up 30 minutes after ordering and pizzas weren't even in the oven yet! Trying to get pizzas here has been awful for the last month!
Very clean and super Friendly cashiers. Although they need more training on the Casey's rewards card considering no one could explain to me how to sign up for one?
