The cook on shift, at 12:11 pm 09/25, was quite rude. All I did was ask a question and I got the rudest look as well as an attitude when he spoke. He's the only one who has ever been this rude to me in this store.

I just literally went into Casey's and as if I can have a sandwich they said we do not have a sandwich maker at night so it won't be the prettiest I'm like so can you guys make me a sandwich or not like we can but it still won't be the nicest like how hard is it to do your job you're behind that counter to make pizza and sandwiches right...

Good pizza if you like cold pizza. I ordered a pizza for 1 hour from when I placed the order and it must have been made right away,  it was cold when I picked it up. Very disappointing,  I will try other places before I go back. Mitchell sd is the only place that this happened to me.

Hours need to be updated. If the business closes at 11, should not say 11:30. Was called and told they do close at 11:30 but unfortunately they already shut the ovens down. I placed my order at 11

I oder 2 pizza and they said it be done at nine ioder it at 7 I call and see if the pizza was done it was and they let it sit there for 2HOURS JUST TO LAZY TO CALL I GUESS and when we get our cold pizza it wrong oder and was burnt with one not even cut we will not be ordering anything from there again

Poor quality fuel, I had to have major work done to my truck after fueling up. The gas was testes at FORD and was found to have a very high level of water. The only good thing is Casey's headquarters actually sent me a fairly decent priced check to fix my truck. Unfortunately I have never fueled up using Casey's fuel since. I will stop in for a pizza from time to time if the people cooking don't look homeless.

Great pizza but not the greatest customer service.. I had someone going to pick me up a slice of pizza,  but needed a slice of cheese because I do not eat meat. So I called in advance and requested they put a cheese pizza in their serving thing.  . When the people went to pick the piece of pizza up for me there was no cheese pizza in there and they were not willing to make one on the spot to put in the case.. not everyone eats meat!!

Crappy service, alright pizza. I order here and there hoping for everything to be better but there is always a 45 minute waiting period and my pizza is never done on time. The employees are always screwing around and not doing there job. Just a couple days ago i thought I would call in front of the store to see if anyone would pick up the phone and one gal just sat there staring at phone until she got annoyed of me calling over and over again. Not impressed.

They used to be very well managed but now they lack a night manager and they have no idea how their own app works for coupons and have charged me extra and I have even had an incident where I paid for a pizza order of 40 ish dollars and it was just never delivered and it took over 2 months to get a refund on that I only go here for the app rewards they don't know how to use them I refuse to return have been a loyal caseys customer for years also she didnt let me use my rewards app or let me have a receipt for the second time I went to the counter and the first the receipt says it was suspended and the gas pump didnt say that we could pump our gas and I bet she kept the money for herself

The best breakfast you can get besides Einsteins is Casey's breakfast pizza. I just wished they had a location closer to Krohmer Plumbings shop as alot of people would stop there in the morning.
