Walked in and the Asst Manager at the register said “welcome to Casey’s and hope your having a great day”. I guess in this new normal I have lowered out expectations but Kudos to the Casey’s staff for convincing me I was wrong.

Whole staff working night absolutely does not care about the customer we seem to be an annoyance. Restrooms were very dirty probably the worst Casey’s I’ve ever visited.

Stopped in this store ordered wings and BLT sub.   Girl making sub had no clue and asked me how to make it.  Then the skinny boy asked her for help then made sandwich because she left kitchen?  They were bickering back and forth and she was more worried about her phone conversation then helping.   Business calls don't end with love you babe.   No one had name tags so I can't use names sorry.   Register girl ignored me when I went to check out

Girl working counter was awesome. Guy working in kitchen not so much he had a bullet proof vest on and seemed sketchy made me think I was in a bad part of town really  brings the place down manager should not allow that to be worn while working. Girl at register stated that he wears it just to show off he was in the gard. Seems like he has little man syndrome

Ivory was the best employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with Ivory is a prime example of an employee who knows how to be orsoffelsional but also make you feel at home!@#CASEYSELDRIDGE#GOIVORY

I love it here at Caseys, all the staff know me and are extremely kind to me and know me well. i love stopping in to grab something before dance or just for a small snack. I don't drive but most of my friends do and we always come here to get gas.

I was in the eldridge caseys today to get breakfast pizza. Needles to say that didn't happen the food in the warmers where old and stale. The coolers where very bare of drinks nothing is up kept with. Ever since they fired the manager this place has gonna down hill. Re hire that manager to get that place back in decent operating status. #dissapointed #

I've been going to your Eldridge location Monday through Friday for the past 12 years before going to work. I will not be visiting your establishment again because of the young lady working at 6am is extremely rude

When ordering on phone, employee didn't let us know there are 2 different kinds of sausage we had no idea. I have loved their sausage pizza a long time but apparently that was the mild sausage. We ordered and got hot sausage and it was too hot spicy as I have acid reflux. That was not the only issue, as we also got a supreme and in both pizzas the toppings weren't all the way done and the pizza crust was not done, very gooey, doughy. It will be a while before we order from this Casey's again.

I frequent here more than any others in town, because it’s clean, fast, friendly and they have tons of parking and fill up spots. It’s easy to get in and out on LeClaire Rd. Pizza is always spot on and hot. And I love their new gourmet coffee!
