The in-training Manager Angela is amazing!!! I accidentally ordered my pizza wrong on the app and she was so kind and understanding she immediately remade it! We chatted while I waited and she was incredible! Made an accident on MY part into the best part of my night! Entire team working on 1/3 was so friendly!!
Employee shamelessly on the phone before, during, and after my transaction. I don't mean checking socials/texting, I mean conducting a conversation out loud on a headset with a friend. Didn't even ring up my items correctly on the first try, so I literally had to interrupt this other conversation to be charged correctly for my items.
I just had a clerk pull her mask up as I walked to the counter for help. She was still in the middle of the set-up talking to a friend. I feel like I gave it 30 seconds better I stated I'm headed elsewhere. Didn't even get to see what the store was like, but that's a one star service. Please address!

Apparently no super unleaded gas today. But instead of marking the pumps, staff allowed customers to go from pump to pump, trying to find one that worked. After my third attempt, I finally went inside to ask. Clerk said "yeah, we're out" with no apology. Seriously, it's not that hard to send someone outside with some plastic bags. F minus Coralville Casey's!
The pizza cook is terrific. I asked for half hot, half regular sausage and for him to mark it. He made a cute map so I could tell which was my mild side. That was service above and beyond! Thanks so much!
No coffee ready to go. It's a convenience store! I don't always have the time to stand there and brew coffee. Besides, I don't work there. Won't be back to this location or any other that doesn't have coffee ready to go.
Came at 7:40 pm...FIRST time I have been to a Casey's that had ZERO pizza available and when I mentioned it I was treated like a refugee. If I owned this particular franchise, I would CAN my staff from that evening AND the manager that trained them. It is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not return.... Awesome job, guys!!!! AIM HIGH!!
Poor customer service in the kitchen, lady was not doing anything and said my sandwich order would be 10 minutes wait to make it. Will not be going back to this Casey’s.
Terrible experience last two visits. There is a female employee that never says thank you or your welcome to me or any others when I come in to purchase goods. She is rude and has a terrible demeanor. Her tags says she has been there for 5 years. I don’t look down on those who work in that industry but I do look down upon rude employees. I will be finding out the General Manager so she is informed of her poor behavior toward customers. Hopefully some reads this who is in management and assists to get this fixed.
