Nice gas station/convenience store. Their gas prices are usually comparable to other stations across town. They offer some hot foods like pizza and other items as well as some cold products and fountain drinks. It's close to hotels and a busy road so it can be difficult getting out during peak times. Overall, not a bad store.

I stopped at this location a couple of times a week after work I get off at 7:00 a.m. the past two times once last week and now today that I have stopped have not been pleasurable at all I don't know what is going on all of a sudden. After going inside and paying for my gas today go back to the pump that it will not allow me to pump my gas it will not has not been reset I try a few more times by putting the handpiece back in the Cradle and trying again to pump my gas nothing so I walk all the way back inside, which is the last thing I want to do after standing all night for an eight and a half hour shift without sitting down or any break at my job, good man at the register says oh it's reset no apologies anything just it's reset. I go back to the pump no it was not reset I cradled the handpiece again lifted It Off finally it worked. This was a very inconvenient situation for me as I was also in a hurry to get home. The window washing stations with the squeegees Etc for the second time in 2 weeks have absolutely no liquid in them no washing solution at all what's the point in even having them outside if you're not going to service them and keep them up for your customers very very disappointed in customer service at this location for the past you visit that I have been there

We got a taco pizza and each piece only had toppings on half of the piece. I would be embarrassed to sell that pizza to someone if I made it. It was not worth $16 whatsoever. They also put olives on our sandwich but we didn’t ask for them and they gave us a plain sugar cookie but we ordered an iced one. I would never have said anything about the olives or the cookie since it’s not a huge deal, but all three mistakes on one order was annoying. It’s not worth ordering from here since they can’t get it right.

Awesome pizza, friendly staff,  and awesome rewards program!!

I’m from Batesville, and the Batesville Casey’s does not compare at all to this store! The Casey’s in Jonesboro was very clean and organized. We got several food items from the kitchen, and everything was made perfectly. It was the best food I’ve had from a Casey’s! Great job everyone. Thanks for making my stay in Jonesboro even better!

Good convenience for food surprisingly!  Breakfast sandwiches and pizza are good but the biscuits and gravy, when available, is really good. Pizza is shockingly good.  Reminds me of a pizza place where I ate in high school.  Pricing is average for the pizza.  The Casey’s brand water is the cheapest bottled water in town on an every day basis.
