If you are looking to go here and receive unsolicited parenting advice from the cashier then you are in luck. I left my 7th grader and three year old in my car to run in and grab a small bag of ice on my way home and was met at checkout with a rude comment about my child standing up in the back seat fully supervised by his brother. This lady was very unprofessional and rolled her eyes at the couple in front of me for taking too much time to pick out scratch off tickets. I understand if you have a rough day. We all do! But if you work in customer service which I have for years please be a better employee and leave your attitude at home.
Price gouging. And Google $/gallon error! Post one amount per gallon for REGULAR unleaded, online. Sign stated 4.68 but at the pump Ethanol was $4.68 but regular 87 unleaded charges $5.28 scamming. Be prepared for a $75 hold on your credit card that doesn't necessarily release for over a day or two in ADDITION to the gas charged.
Had an issue with faulty propane tanks and Angie was amazinglyhelpful! The corrected the situation quickly, and were a pleasure to work with! Most places get mad when you have a complaint, but they were very pro!. Also, their Gluten Free pizza is ine of the best according to my gf wife. And I really like there normal pizzas as well! Great business. Great managers!
Unprofessional, rude management, employees love to gossip about customers who come in to other customers. There is a customer that used to be employed at this caseys, goes in there to gossip about the towns people spreading viscious lies and rumors about people therefore you have employees now spreading thesr viscioys lies and rumors to other customers. There are maybe 2 employees that work there that stay out of the gossip and dont gossip to no one the rest are the unprofessional employees. This caseys also lacks customer service skills
The cashier was so light and patient with me my debit card when scan and she was still very polite and patience and I think I must have came in and out the store like five times making different purchases and she still treated me with the utmost respect way to go Kellie​
Ordered a taco pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza without the bacon and breadsticks. Both pizzas were under cooked and soggy. The breadsticks were cold. The chicken pizza also had bacon on it. I won't be back it wasn't worth the $40 we spent. Pretty ridiculous.
If you're hoping to get breakfast pizza before 7:30 you might want to go somewhere else the old lady that works in the deli in the mornings makes the breakfast pizza last so that nobody can get it however there is an employee who's younger who does make the pizza first when they are working you can guarantee the pizza is done by 5:20 in the morning
Very friendly, professional and the store was very clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this Casey's for anybody that has a family or is looking fer a clean friendly place .
Why have credit card pumps if you’re going to shut them off at 11pm on a Friday night.
