The staff at Shawnee Casey’s are awesome! I absolutely love your flips and have to have them every morning. After several days of running out within an hour, the staff started putting two back for me. My mornings are saved, lol. The staff at this location need a raise and more vacation time! All Casey’s should look to this location on how to properly treat their customers!
Call it an isolated coincidence or a customer detour? The store says open 24 hours. All too often The person working starts mopping as you drive up during the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 a.m. No sign about how long till the store opens up. This is like closing down an the only entire bathroom with several stalls and sinks. Isn't Customer service about closing down sections for cleaning not the entire place or facility?
I love this gas station. It is clean the staff is nice. I like the layout of the store. The pumps are not so close that they are on top of each other. The pumps play a news show. The station is well lit as well. I get gas there a lot.
walk into the store and was met with trash on floor and the bathroom was out of paper towels. no medium cups were anywhere. even under the soda station. least the manager and the clerk were polite. store is junk and a waste of a rebuild.
We live in muskogee but my husband is up there working they are restoring power anyways he stopped at caseys to grab a slice of pizza and a drink when he went to pay they said no charge !! THANK You So much your kindness is appreciated.

4848 N. Kickapoo Ave. On several occasions I've encountered this location seversl times and this employees attitude is terrible and his subpar customer service. Such a disregard for his job. January 30th at 4:50ish p.m he was really upset and treating customer as tho it's our fault he chose to work at Casey's.
We love Casey's from Iowa to Oklahoma however very dissatisfied the last 5 times at the shawnee location. Went again at noon today and there was a long line at register and only 1 person working. No food up for purchase at pizza bar. When asked if food was cooking the response was she was busy. Walked out.
I have loved Casey's for over 30 years. I was thrilled to see one in Seminole and now Shawnee. Be patient while they redo and update that will include a kitchen for their pizza and donuts ect. It's going to be great!!
