Ordered a pizza when we were 20/25 minutes away. Get there and they tell us it's another 10 minutes. Look back and the order wasn't started and workers were standing around talking. Person who I assume is the manager told them that the order sitting there was ours and they slowly started it. Almost waited another 30 minutes for thr order to get done. Get home and the pizza wasn't even cut. Will definitely not be ordering here again.
Not the fault of the workers, but this probably the worst Casey's in a 100 mile radius. At least in the top 5 of worst. This location has like 2 employees and I feel sorry for them when it's busy, which is often.
The bathrooms are well set up. Main complaints is that there was little warm food out during supper time on a weekday. The store is also set up terrible. The energy shots, teas, and pills as well as medications were right next to the candy. Same isle. That is very unsafe for children.
Yeah this place is going downhill like everything else in this town. Can’t get a order right half the time and if they do I gotta wait a hour and a half for it. Don’t get me wrong I like the people but Jesus answer the phone!
Ordered my pizza online it said my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes, I gave them a good 45 minutes before I went to pick it up. They couldn't find my order, they did make my order but it was another 15 minutes wait. I was not even given a discount. The guy making my pizza said that happens a lot and that he wish they would fix it. I will think twice about ordering from them anytime soon.
On 7/2/19 around 710 pm, I placed an online order for pizza at the Wahpeton ND store. My email notification said it would be ready around 7:32. My husband and children went to the store, grabbed some sodas and waited a bit, then went to kitchen and asked if our pizza order was ready. There was a young gal working and she looked at me and then went over to the slip hanging that displayed my order and she says “ I forgot.”. She then told me it wouldn’t take long only 20 minutes. My question is you have one job- how the heck do you forget??? She said she was the only one working. I simply said that maybe she should pay better attention to the job at hand. It was not busy and there were no other customers in the store. Needless to say we left. I think she made the pizza but by this point it was a little late. The cashier who was also doing nothing, had her arms crossed and she looked at the girl and shook her head as if we were in the wrong. I don’t know that I ever want to go back there again. Very disappointed.
Get your computer stuff figured out. Sad can order thru app. Simple thinks keep customers coming back...
The last 3 times I have came here, they havent had hot coffee, or iced coffee, as well as 3 different cashiers that have no idea how to change the bag out and they dont even know where the iced coffee is stored in the cooler. I had one cashier that actually did find it, set it on the counter and had me do it for her because she said she didnt know how. Then I go outside to wash my windshield, and only 1 bucket has fluid in it , but come to find out, that it's just water in it. This store is going down hill from my previous experiences, it needs to be fixed or you will lose your good rep around town.
To be really honest I like the pizza but when I came to pick it up there was a guy making pizzas that was slamming things and very rude this is why I’m giving 2 stars they need better staff
I love the location and the red box They have a large open store with a huge varity of snacks and other goodies to choose from. A good place for a fast lunch break and any type of road trip this store will certainly serve what you need.
