It’s an older Casey’s, so the store is a little darker and feels dirtier. Also, it seems to be closed at random times that would be normal for a gas station to be open.
Every time I come to get gas the stations are closed. Even at 3pm. The pizza here was not very good, and the service was worse. They were very rude when I ordered a pizza. Better than dollar general in cortland and really nice employees! Really good pizza
Incredibly rude staff. I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick up my curbside order one of the employees came out to my car and said it would be a while yet. So I waited a couple minutes. Then another employee, I assume the one tasked with preparing my order, comes out and rudely begins shouting at me about how they can’t make my order because they don’t have eggs. I was provided with a refund promptly, but being yelled at because they don’t have ingredients is absurd.
Wow! Woman working there this evening...total b@*#! I have been in here many times and never had someone be so rude. She talked to me like I was 4. Not even sure what I did to tick her off. Maybe because I was paying for my gas with a different card than my slice of pizza. Or maybe because I asked how much the donut was. I guess I was just asking way too much of her. I’ll pray her night gets better and no more annoying questions come her way.
The employees are very helpful. One time I was close to passing out of dehydration after a long bike ride and I was short 34c to get a bottle of water. The caring employee gave me 50c of her own money so I could pay for it.
Never open after 5pm anymoresometimes closing even earlier and rarely has any hot food in the morning anymore. Idk if it's staff or management but this place has gone down hill so badly in the last year!
I love Casey's... Even though they have a pretty high turnover employee rate. People are almost always friendly and chatty. Great place to get info about what's going on in Cortland. Excited about new Casey's coming soon!
This happened about a year ago, but mentions of it happening again prompted me to post this. I bought gas, moved my car to a parking spot, went in and purchased some snacks and threw them in my car. I then walked next door to drop a letter at the post office. I was back in about.. 3 minutes to a clerk frantically running out yelling that he already had called the cops on me for parking there.
Pizza was supposed to be ready around 8:35 pm have so far been waiting 10+ minutes.
