Food is really good but the cashier name kelly was really unrespectfull and an polite person.Food: 5/5
One of the better Casey's in the area as far as service is concerned. The staff is typically pleasant, friendly and helpful. On occasion there's a lapse with pizza and other food items being in the warmer ready to be purchase though that's usually not the case. My main issue is the store itself. It's a smaller building that is outdated and outgrown. Compact and lacking atmosphere. Also, there's only one restroom for customers to use. They do a nice job in the kitchen here. Call well in advance prior to ordering pizza during busy times as they can be taking lots of orders. *All my reviews are independent and are based on my own personal experiences with the aim of accuracy and being truthful. I went to get pizza and a water. They don't have water in there fountain machine unfortunately but I was able to get a good slice of pizza.Food: 4/5
This pizza is like god. I swear. My only problem is the atmosphere of the place. It is highly uncomfortable, however I also have high anxiety that is triggered by pizza places. Not sure if that makes a difference but this place is great and does the job too well...
This store was cool in my book at first. Except for the fact that they only have a few certain hours less than other stores that they make pizza, subs, etc. I could live with that. This winter, I had to walk in the snow to make it to Casey's before 11 their closing time, and the employee working complained that I had tracked snow in the door 10 minutes before closing...that rubbed me the wrong way. Oh, and a separate incident: my boyfriend had bought a few lottery tickets, and we realized after we got home that he was missing 2. We went up to the store the next day, and the same woman who we think “misplaced” our tickets was working. So we asked her if she had found them, and she straight up ignored us. Another thing, the same woman told us that we “had to stop coming in so late” when we tried to make a purchase at 9 minutes to 11. The closing time is 11:00. Not 10:51. Pretty sure that's not very good work ethic. If Casey's wasn't the only gas station in Wood River, we would definitely take our money and our business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks, Casey's. employees
My only complaint about this particular store is the restroom. There is only one restroom and it is unisex so the line can be a little long at times. Its also kind of embarrassing that it is so close to the cash register.
Casey's in Wood River Nebraska is the best place if you want a laugh or a smile on your face. The staff here are very helpful and friendly.
Ordering pizza can be hit or miss depending on who is working. But overall if you don't feel like cooking it's a good alternative.
