I was contacted after my online order was put in just to be told that they do not have pepperonis. After that I was told to cancel my order. You have to call the store to cancel an order. I called and called and called. Still no answer. When I went in to figure this issue out. I was also looking for dairy products. Once I found my products the milk was expired and has continued to sit in there freezer and has not been changed.
This location is AMAZING! My wife and I stop here about every single morning before work and make trips here during the day as well. The staff are the nicest and most helpful people I have ever encountered in a Casey’s store and I have been to several, including other states. Thank you Fairview Heights Casey’s staff for being the greatest. Casey’s corporate office employees and/or District manager, if you are reading this, the manager and all staff here are doing a phenomenal job every single day!
Employees are great, great customer service, and it shows that they care about their job because it ain't just a gas station but it definitely IS for the convenience of the customer. And the cleanliness and organization of that store is one of the most cleanest stores in this area...VERY impressed and will continue to come back!! Plus they're located down the street from my residence!! Great family and welcoming atmosphere!!
This casey's is okay, but honestly might be one of the worst ones around this area. Their drinks are never stocked and their employees like to talk to each other and you pretty much have to wait for them to get done before you're helped. They also say weird things to you far too much. Pizza is 5 stars, customer service is 1 star.
I walked dow to the Cassy store from the bowling Alley.The nice people.I was treated kind promptly wanted on. Everyone seam to have interest in the customers. So I can only say this is a good place to go get gas and etc. I also have driven there many times here and in Mt. Vernon Il. When I lived there. They were aways nice and friendly. Sincerely!
Great pizza!!one of my favorites..and the woman who works at this location is so nice..everytime I stop in she is just so nice!!
Horrible customer service! Order two pizzas and the cook cuts it wrong how do you cut a pizza wrong? Had to wait for a new pizza to be made and was offered a 89 cent fountain soda. Thought they got better got worse. Kitchen takes forever. ordered pizza showed up when it said and the pizza wasn’t ready for 20 mins after.
The attitudes at this store needs to be adjusted. They act as if you are doing them a disservice by placing an order. They are beyond rude. No Hello, no thank you, it’s just nasty attitude. I will never spend another dime here.
Came around 1PM on a friday. Cashier/ pizza maker at the time wouldnt wait on us. Wasnt busy. She just stood at the register while we were asking for help . Acted like we werent there for about 20 minutes. Just rude. So customer service was a waste here.
I love Casey's! Clean environment. Workers are nice and friendly. Love their pizza and they have breakfast pizza too; which is awesome!
