The cleanest Casey's I've been in within 80 miles of Wichita. Good people, great store
The Staff Are Absolutely The Best ! Especially considering how busy they often are ,Lines tend to form quickly which leads to huffy/ Impatient Customers where the staff do an excellent job of making no bones about it. As they do there best to Get them in & get them out. Always A Pleasure Casey's ! Thank You So Much !

Needs desperate attention! Employees are nice enough but the store is filthy. From the trash can lids, the face of the cabinets, the soda station, the floors, the freezers for the food, it's....all......dirty. The windows are dirty too and I always have to replenish their 32 oz foam cups! The napkin dispenser is often empty and the soda machine is so filthy that the lever for diet coke literally STICKS on. I have to physically stop it. Other Casey's stores often have more ready food items and are definitely more clean. All I can ask for is that someone in management see's this and corrects the issue. This. Store. Is. DIRTY. Please clean it, have pride and keep items stocked! Lastly, the 12 pack soda boxes are faced with the handles facing DOWN...I've brought this up before too. Not long ago I made a comment about all of the mud on the floor, the employee immediately got out the broom. I was happy about that because she was responding to my complaint. Finally parking and the lack of parking stall paint is a mess. If you are the owner and have pride in your business you will address these concerns. This store can be better and it's employees deserve better leadership and ownership.
I love Casey's pizza but this is the last time that I'll order from here. The store often loses orders. Tonight i ordered online, arrived at pick up time to find they were behind. I was asked to wait 10 minutes. I waited 15 and went back to counter... My pizza still hasn't been made. I understand being busy but it's everytine at this location! No discounts our v apology offered.
The employees all just talk and joke around , while there is multiple drink slots that are always empty in the coolers . Many times I have to ask someone to go in back to get a energy drink because they are to "busy" to stock them . It's supposed to be a convenient store , NOT very convenient when nothing is stocked up . Should probably hire someone with a brain to manage this store ... Lots of people rely on this store in our town and it's ran by a bunch of teenagers that don't care about nothing .
No matter how much you buy, they will NEVER give you a bag. You pretty much have to beg to get a bag. I had bought 6 monsters, a 6 pack of doughnuts, 3 water bottles, and a fountain drink. He rang up my stuff and then walked off. Lucky for me another customer was willing to help me carry my stuff to my car otherwise I would have most likely dropped my stuff. Sadly it's the only gas station in town.
Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and paid $15 for it. This pizza wasn't done when they told me it would be so I waited. No big deal. But what I got was a awful concoction of a pizza. The crust isn't done, the cheese isn't melted all the way though, the chicken taste old and dry and barely any bacon. I would avoid this place like the plague! Either go to Pizza Hut or just eat your fingernails if your hungry. Will never ever go back to this Casey's. Utterly disgusted....
Couldn't get anybody in the kitchen to take my order so i went to the cashier and placed my order. Waited for my pizza. Later i went to check on it and they didn't know anything about it. Called in a breakfast pizza once before and they were to busy playing in the kitchen tjat they gorgot about it. Last time I'll order a caseys pizza for Rose Hill, Ks.
The last few times I've stopped in the place it was dirty enough I definitely didn't want to get any prepared foods. I'd get a sealed bottle of water or an individually wrapped snack of some sort but if the front and bathrooms are that dirty, I just can't imagine the back is any cleaner.
