Paula stood talking to a customer ignoring the various customers trying to get fuel, pay for purchases, etc..She was ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST employee I have ever seen! All because she'd rather chat than serve Casey's customers. Do yourself a favor and go to Kwik Trip like she suggested we do if we are in a hurry. We did. Thanks Kwik Trip!
We ordered a taco pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The taco pizza was amazing. The pepperoni pizza did not have any sauce. It was just the bread, pepperoni and cheese…
Had the bbq brisket pizza. 1My online order with $5.00 off didn't work. 2 WORST pizza we've ever had. 3 brisket was crumbles BURNT to a crisp! Dried-out. 4Had to drive 17 miles to Spring Valley due to psycho Heather who works at the Preston shop and actually physically hurt me. I wouldn't allow her to make dog food let alone make real food. Childish behavior for an adult. 4 At least Matt was nice on the phone.
I was in last week for a couple bottled water and your pizza cook proceeded to step out of the kitchen and stare me down my entire way out the store and parking lot. What a creep!! He is a ticking time bomb, very mentally unstable. I won't ever be back as long as he works there.
Great pizza! Awesome cheese bread, buffalo wings were great ..especially if my husband eats them do to spicy taste but he loved them..SCORE 1 for you my hubby ate spicy buffalo wing, we got their meal deal for pizza price was great. NICE Variety of food selection, plus they deliver...even in the snow , wow were we live they don't offer delivery an it doesn't even snow, Associates very friendly, curious too.....Great job definitely returning ,on my next visit.
Every employee I've met there is kind and helpful. Never have had a bad experience here. Always greeted with a smile, a crew with great personality from the manager on down! Great people!
Stopped there to get gas pulled up to an open pump, shut off my engine, got out, open my gas cap, and was getting ready to swipe my card to start the pump when the cashier came out and saying that pump already is pre-paid for another vehicle, when there was no other vehicle even around, so I'll have to go to another pump mind you this is in 1°F. I left and went to a kwik trip where I will be taking all my further business.
Very clean store and looks and seems very nice but the workers are rude and have horrible attitudes. Management is also very disorganized and does not explain things very well .
Newer store, very clean with a lot of food options, also a lot of room at pumps.
I love going to walk into a store seeing no open to close hours posted and they are closed and the two people closing up laughing and smiling at you
