Ordered delivery to the college today and when I got the text that the driver Brandon was almost here I called to figure out where he was there was no answer so we started driving around and saw the order sitting on a trash can outside of a building neither pizza had the garlic crust we paid extra for and no BBQ or ranch on top of the BBQ chicken pizza

I ordered a 16piece wings and a order of cheesy bread to be delivered. I received two orders of bread sticks and nothing else. I called to tell them about it. Will have to wait for them to cook another order which will be another 45min. In the meantime an employee shows up at my house to ask me if I'm sure that I didn't get the wings. Yes I'm sure. It's now taken over 2hrs to get my food.  The employees were rude...hung up on me. Bad business!

Clean and great staff! Super friendly! We got turned around and she gave us exact directions to the lake! Saved as a favorite place for future trips.

I've given this location a lot of chances and tonight they used their last one. The customer service at this branch is severely lacking. The attendants do not act professionally and instead talk with their co-workers while checking out customers. The pizza has been inconsistent at best. The sausage pizza we ordered tonight was raw at the center and so greasy the crust looked wet. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to cook two medium pizzas when they're as the attendant told me the only order currently in. I'm about done going here, especially when there's half a dozen better pizza places and the shell down the block has better gas prices.

Called and called rang and rang. No answer. Went to fast busy each time. Called them again. Still no answer. I wanted to order pizza. Went in store earlier in week, no one behind counter. Person in pizza part, ear phones on can't hear me. So I yelled does anyone work here. Another lady came in and after a few minutes someone came out of back room

I simply called an wanted to order pizza for me an my family for game night the phone continued to ring an ring until finally it would go to a busy signal an get no service at all.

Hands down the worst Casey’s pizza I’ve ever had. Waited over an hour to get it and when I got it I ate 1 slice and the rest went in the trash

Went in this morning to get coffee and the sign said kona coffee and it was hazelnut. I hate hazelnut and thats all I tasted today. Will no longer buy my coffee there I will make it at home.

Great customer service. The kitchen works as hard as humanly possible and as fast at they can.
