I swear my day was going terrible and I couldn’t find nowhere that would accept my id. I talked to Ashley and I came in and let me tell you baby she made it happen absolutely went out of her way and I was in and out. I could cry thank you so much Ashley. And not to mention her aura, personality and customer service was top tier.
When i cashed my check the lady was on the phone having a conversation with her buddy instead of helping me with my questions she was rude, impatient, and unprofessional with high fees. I would fire any employee immediately that is on the phone while with a customer. Whoever is in charge of the staff they need extreme changes on how their employees treat their customers.
They don't have a check reading machine and there staff is unfriendly I would strongly suggest that you take your business of any kind else where.
