Bob is the man, best business Ive been to and the very best service a person could ask for.
I was there at the store 2yrs ago to get my favorite very very worn out boots repaired, but unfortunately because I refused to stop wearing them when damage first started he wasn't able to fix them. I looked around the store to find a pair; I found a pair not in my size I fell in love with. He ordered the boots for me and I bought a belt and buckle that day also. He had wonderful stories he told while I was there. When my boots came in he called to let me know and I was back there the next day to pick them up and visited again with him. Before I left I bought a cowboy hat to go with the other purchases. You don't ever find people like him Bob in today's time and age; it's so rare it's like trying to find a huge treasure. I can honestly say that when I found his store and went into the store; I found the huge treasure. A man with the soul of gentleness, honesty, golden heart, caring, compassionate, dedicated, and very wise. I'm praying if he's still opened in a few months to go back to make a purchase and visit again.
Can I just review the man that owns the store. He was awesome! Friendly, helpful, and visited with my talkitive boys. I love when my kids can talk and listen to an elder and gather wisdom. This guy you could tell had lots of wisdom to share. The place was full of neat old treasures that my kids loved looking at. And I got a pair of new moccasins. We will be back for sure.
My daddy bought me my first cowgirl hat from this store 12 years ago when I was 14, he has passed away in may and I still cherish it very much, still in GREAT condition, it a memory I will always cherish and never forget, I will also never forget the person who was working who helped us pick it out! Thank you for contributing to such wonderful memories and I hope to return again soon for another!
Was treated great had 2 pair of boots stretched out and now they fit great, My father-in-law has a Cowboy hat and it was squashed and it hadn't been worn in years, the gentleman cleaned and fixed the old hat and now it hangs on the wall in my house looks great thank you cash western Wear.

I was in this store back in 2004. Bob is the real deal he knows his product and he knows people. I live in Utah now and work at a boot shop, I think of Bob and his shop frequently. It’s was fun to come across this 17 years later and see it’s still the same.
Awesome old store with a very knowledgable “bootsmith” that gives you personal attention and will tell a good story as well! Sooo different than anyplace else!
The Store owner works it and he's a nice and honest man. Hes not the greatest sales person because he is to honest. He won't lie to you to just make a sell. He likes to make sure you like what you are getting.
