Eli began his career in Real Estate in 1986 when he founded a small investment and management company, Style Enterprises. The company specialized in forming joint ventures, locating properties with potential “added value”, and maximizing their use and cash flow. Eli gained extensive experience and many years of success before he decided to join Re/Max, the largest Real Estate brokerage firm in the world, in order to have access to the best training tools and the latest technology.
For a few years, Eli served as a Vice President of Investments with Re/Max Commercial. He was featured in several articles in the L.A Times, Daily News and company wide articles commending him on his outstanding performance. Eli has been a consistent top producer for many years achieving President Circle, Gold, Platinum and Chairman Club awards. He was ranked in the top 1.5% amongest 114,000 Re/Max agents worldwide.
Eli later chose to join Peak Commercial, a 30 years old company based in California, which specializes in working with commercial real estate investors. Eli came to Peak Commercial with over 20 years experience in real estate and with a wealth of knowledge and success in buying, selling, changing the use of, developing, maximizing property value and managing many apartment buildings, shopping centers and other types of commercial properties.
