My wife took this service and was completely unhappy with the service. Just a ride. People constantly on the phone , so load so everyone could listen to then. Others watching videos are listening to music with no headphones. Other passengers pushing others to get on the bus. To top it off, no seats and had to wait 2 more hours for next Bush. Company primary cares only about casino staff. It was an experience but not one she wants to do again. Parking is free up there, better to just drive up in comfort
Riding the bus up the hill is so convenient and stress free. The drivers are friendly and make me feel very safe. They have hourly times to and from the casinos. I just wish they hadn't raised their prices.
If you're going to sell tickets that are nonrefundable, at least honor your own hours. Your sign says you begin boarding 10 minutes before the bus leaves. The bus leaves at 7:15. I got to the door at 7:09 and the door was locked. The bus was still there for several more minutes but the door was locked and there was no one inside to allow me in so I could board the bus.
This bus was very comfortable and fast! I did forget a cellphone aboard and was told they would call me the following day for instructions on how to retrieve my device but still 7 days later never received a "call-back"?.....
Most of the time they are pretty unreliable. The bus won't be on time or as scheduled. Even if you call dispatch to check on the bus arrival time you could still get wrong answers. The only real bright side is that they go up to Black Hawk in most weather conditions and offer special needs seating.
Great customer service ninety nine percent of the time., Always available for service, If weather permits.
It was a pretty cool experience and not that expensive. But our first bus driver did miss his stop tho and ended up continuing up the mountain looking for a place to turn around and he ended getting pulled over as he was turning around lol. Was supposed to he there at 9:45 and didnt get to the casino until 10:30. But it was an experience i guess. Im sure that doesnt happen often. Glad i could take this bus and drunk at the casino
Ride to the casinos on nicer buses than the other company. The drivers are very professional, too. They work with a bunch of casinos so you can get your money back for the ticket with casino play.
Safe travels bus was clean friendly drivers.
Always on time great manners shows lots of concern to passagers
