Giving a 1 star because that is the lowest they allow. My daughter and husband bought me 2 arrangements for my birthday and it was a fiasco from the beginning. She told the owner that we would be out of town until the 10th, yet they tried to deliver on the 8th when a man called me and told me he was at my home to deliver them. I told him we were gone until the 10th. The next day, when I did not answer my phone, a woman just left them, 2 arrangements AND 2 bags of out of date chocolates in the sun at my door. When I finished my phone call I called her back and told her to go get them. My daughter called, spoke with the owner, who ASSURED her they would remake the arrangements and she was so sorry blah blah blah. The arrangements were delivered on the 10th, the daisies were dropping petals everywhere, the pics my daughter sent showed 7 roses, I have 3 on that arrangement. The pic shows a very full beautiful arrangement, mine is barely basic. I really hope they did not charge her the $170 + that the pics show. I have used Cason's one time 18 years ago and saw the horrible quality and never used them again. I am just so sad for my daughter and husband because they wasted good money on these.
I ordered this beautiful bouquet of purple roses, white roses and some fillers about a week before mother's day. I got a call about the vase and not being able to fit the flowers in it or something and I was like okay just do whatever you can to make them fit. I was assuming it was just a vase problem so I still had my expectations that it's still look beautiful no matter what. I went to pick up my mom's flowers and they tried to give me this hideous arrangement that was nothing like what I ordered. In fact there was not a single rose in this hideous arrangement at all. Looked like a kid went outside and picked up the ugliest dead flowers and put them together. I was so upset and when I showed them what I ordered they were like no we don't have that, I said can you make it? They said no we can't but we won't charge your card if you don't want this. I was in tears because they ruined my mothers day. I had to find flowers a day before mother's day that was not out of flowers. This sweet woman at HEB saw me bawling because I was so upset so she put together something nice for my mom. Casons flowers is horrible and I'll never do business with you ever again. You're horrible people and you do bad business, stay away from this place if you know what's good for you. Zero stars
Best flower shop in Corsicana, with the prettiest arrangements!!! Great people!!! Ive been a loyal customer for over 28 years!!! All my girls love it when i bring them fresh flowers

0 stars would have been ideal. I stopped in to get a gift for my grandmother's one yr anniversary. I was expecting to walk in and pick out a beautiful fresh-flowers arrangement, instead they sold me a plastic $40 arrangement. Not what u would expect from a florist. On a second sad date I went online and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a church for a funeral service for my cousin's passing, they canceled the order the day of the delivery saying they couldn't honor it since it was only a day's notice. Again, not what your would expect from a reputable company. Never again. Now I just go down he road to HEB. They never disappoint and pricing is cheaper and for fresh flowers
I’ve used this shop twice now for flowers delivery. The recipients have been happy with the flowers! I just wish I get confirmation when the delivery has been completed as I’m ordering from abroad. Otherwise I’m a happy customer and will definitely use you again! Thank you!!!!
