I ordered a bouquet for my best friend’s birthday. The bouquet was stunning, flowers were fresh and all beautifully arranged. My friend was so delighted with the surprise. I did have a few challenges trying to process the order through the website so ended up calling in. The team is very friendly! 10/10 service. Thank you, Cassidy’s Flowers & Gifts.
It was my first time ordering flowers in the Newmarket area. After doing a Google search, I stumbled upon Cassidy's. The packages, especially for anniversaries, were very nice and reasonably priced. I eventually settled on one that was very soft and light in colour. Delivery was made on time and it was a huge surprise for my wife on our 13th year anniversary.
Last minute my son was going to the prom. I scrambled and placed an order for a corsage and boutonniere two days before the prom. I showed Cassidy‘s a picture of what I was looking for and they did a beautiful job with the flowers. The flowers were ready on time and I was very happy with them. It would be a five star rating except there was a slight mixup in the payment when I went to pick them up, but it was sorted out very quickly.They shared that it was difficult to get enough white flowers right now as all proms seemed to be happening at the same time and white flowers were the trend right now. They came through and did a great job despite the current supply challenges. I would definitely recommend Cassidy’s for any future flower needs.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to get the Calla lilys that we requested, even though they did not initially have them in stock. Very polite and professional service, and prompt delivery. I would highly recommend them.
Update: Had a 2nd funeral in the same year, this time for my mother. I called Cassidy's, who again were patient, helpful and kind. I explained that I found an arrangement that I liked on their website, but asked if I could change the flowers - my mother's clothes were all bright colours, pink, purple, red - I didn't want white flowers. When I saw the arrangement, it was perfect for her. It really gave us a sense of peace. Thank you, Cassidy's, for the exceptional service! Went in to order an arrangement for my mother-in-law's funeral the next day during the pandemic. The staff were patient and kind, offered helpful suggestions, and I was able to get a personalized ribbon. The arrangement was delivered the next day exactly as requested and was beautiful - a lovely tribute. I would certainly recommend and will definitely use again.
