Dr. Stephan Cassidy has been my family's eye doc for many years. I've even recommended him to my sister and my friends. He is one of the most personable people I've met and really takes the appointment time to go over any issues I have with my eyes. I never feel rushed or talked down to as some doctors tend to do. He takes the time with my prescription to get my vision just right. Great sense of humor too. The staff is also proficient, courteous and always helpful. Susie is great! I have been to Dr. Walter Cassidy for about 4 years and am continually pleased with his great care. He is the BEST eye doctor I have been to, careful, thorough and has all the equipment to figure out what is going on. I appreciate his expertise keeping up with my complicated eyes. I’ve been seeing Dr. Stephan Cassidy since I was about 11 years old. He is so funny and still very professional, always very welcoming and he remembers more about me over the years than I do, which goes to show how much he cares for his patients. He is very knowledgeable, always on time, and always makes time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. His staff are just as friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. For @ 10 years I have been seeing Dr. Walter Cassidy and his staff. Just recently my insurance changed and with that change I am forced to seek out another optometrist. This has really saddened me because I have been treated so well by Dr. Cassidy and his staff. They have all striven to give me the best care and to answer any and all questions. Dr. Cassidy was very patient with me helping find the right contacts and also helping me adjust my expectations for vision with contacts that correct for distance and reading. He also did a great job explaining eye health to me. The office staff were all friendly and I didn't have to wait long at any point. I highly recommend this office.
Great care from the two Cassidy brothers. They have a machine where they can check your eyes without dilation so you don't have to wear those un-cool sunglasses afterwards. Contact lens orders are quick and its been fairly easy to get an appointment when I want. They also noticed some things in my eyes and worked with my primary care physician to further dig into the root cause. Great medical partners.
It is truly a pleasure to see Dr. Steve each year to have my eyes checked. He takes his time and is genuinely interested in how your life is going overall in addition to being very thorough with his exams and always spot on adjusting my lenses as needed.
