This company does not state the weight of its products anywhere, which means not on a website or in the manuals of the products. Therefore, if you need to return your purchase, you will pay hundreds of dollars in return shipping since they don't pay for returns as they are aware of the heaviness of their products. That's why they make their customers pay for returns plus the restock fees. This is very insincere malpractice for a business. Customer service could be faster and more responsive when they need to do a refund. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card to ensure I got my money back in full. I did lose money or return shipping cost, which was almost $100.
We've ordered from CASSON a few times now, and we are thrilled each time the piece arrives. The quality of the product they curate and provide is always top notch. Their customer service has always been great, but we've been especially impressed with how they've handled things during the pandemic. Our last product was delayed by a few weeks because of current global shipping issues, but their customer service kept us updated along the way. Overall, love them and recommend them to anyone who appreciates unique pieces to add to their home.
I simply cannot say enough good things about Casson! I love dealing with such a well-curated niche supplier like this. They are always quick to answer any questions I may have. Asha and Eunice in the office are always friendly and very helpful, and I've dealt with both Jane and Megan, the directors, on a number of occasions and they have both repeatedly demonstrated their in-depth knowledge of the lines they carry and have helped me make the best choices for my designs. I am particularly impressed with how they handled a couple of my 'pandemic orders', keeping lines of communication open and making sure I was kept abreast of delivery updates. I'm a customer for life!
My experience in ordering 4 lamps was nothing less than excellent across all platforms: client centred, prompt, professional, and friendly emails in respose to my questions. Clear communication regarding delivery time-line. The box when it arrived was solid, well packaged, and protected - very impressive. Beautiful items and an outstanding women led business in our community. I highly recommend it to all.
I'm really pleased with these beautiful knobs that I ordered from Casson! I chose the Cercle Knob by Maha Alavi. The shop has so many really special options and the staff were super helpful in my email correspondence. I'm looking forward to painting my cabinets and installing!

had order couple items from them 6 months ago & my order still hasn't come through!! communication is THE WORSE, they don't respond to emails FOR WEEKS, don't value their customer whatsoever, they charge premium and don't provide any service for it, should have gone to the supplier AS they are useless. if you search the product will find much better prices with same shipment fees! if you can walk run from this place, HORRIBLE TOP TO BOTTOM. MY WHOLE PROJECT HAS BEEN GETTING DELAYED BECAUSE OF THEM. THE LAST REVIEWED IS ACTUALLY FROM SOMEONE THAT WORKS IN THE COMPANY - SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE USING THESE PEOPLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON, THE LITERALLY HAVE NO VALUE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 TAR I WOULD HAVE.
I’ve been very impressed when shopping at Casson, both with the quality of the hardware they carry and the communication/ customer service. I love the brass hardware I chose for my kitchen.
I’ve been doing a bathroom Reno and working with the team at Carson to supply all the hardware. It was a seamless experience. They have such a good eye!
