I reached out to Fay Brothers when my husband died unexpectedly last month. We did not have family or friends near by and I was at a loss for what to do, having never gone through this on my own. Kristen was incredible - she was empathetic and helpful, explaining the process to me and taking care of everything very efficiently so that I could focus on my grief. This is the kind of service you need when such an impactful life event transpires.
Thank you for helping to plan our mother's memorial service. This was an incredible difficult time, and Jeff was both a helpful guide and a supportive director during the whole process. There was a lot of decisions to make, and he walked us through all of them patiently. He was available to us, reliable in his follow through, and even took the effort to plan some surprises that made the day more special. Thank you for enabling us to give our mother a wonderful service.
We had to make arrangements for a sudden death of a relative. The support and assistance that Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home provided made our decision process easier as well as mentally calming. We were able to get the whole family, as well as extended family, together and shared the wake and the burial. Their assistance with the obituary, the death certificate and the set up at the wake and burial was superb. Great job to everyone. Thank you.
Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home goes above and beyond for your family. Bill Fay and Kerry helped us to smoothly navigate the funeral process for mother. Every question was answered in a helpful, guided way. At the wake we were more than amazed at the way our photos in tribute were enhanced by their staff to make the experience so personal to Mom's memory. Even though we were grieving we were smiling at how we felt she was there looking over at us through the memory of her life surrounding us. My husband and I were so moved that we we will definitely be meeting with Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home to preplan our funeral with them to ease the process for our children as our parents did for us.
The services provided were excellent. Our loved one was treated with dignity and respect, and her passion for gardening, travel, and family were incorporated in the wake. The entire family felt treated with compassion and empathy.
Callahan Fay are wonderful! They did EVERYTHING, and on my schedule. All of the arrangements needed to be made very quickly in 3 days, while the family was still home Christmas week. Any questions I had, they had the answers, the phone numbers, the recommendations, etc. Everything was lovely! They added their own special touches to the calling hours, which were appreciated by all. They scheduled the Mass and provided a handbook of appropriate hymns and readings to provide the church. They also had practical advice on financial matters that I should be looking out for in the coming weeks. Callahan and Fay are excellent!

Our family was so grateful for the services of Bill Fay and Bill Fay, Jr. They were considerate of the specific requests of our large family and supported us at every step along the way. It is wonderful to have individuals who know you and your family at a difficult time. They helped us give our Dad, John Durkin, what my Irish Grandparents would have called “a grand send off.” We are eternally grateful.
The staff is very warm, professional and efficient. All of our needs were met without any hassle. They were very detailed and were on top of every need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them to do any funeral arrangements.
