They are super unethical. I had ordered and paid for paint for a project in my backyard. The project, as you can expect, took a lot longer for contractors to complete. So I come in 6 months later with my receipt and samples and all records - the guy tells me since they changed computer systems they can't look it up and since he didn't work there at the time he couldn't do anything.  I showed him the charge on my credit card statement and let him know that the computer software of lack of records on their part wasn't my problem. I had my records, including the original receipt and I wanted my paint.  He refused to leave a message for the owner. LOL  What a joke. I contacted Benjamin Moore corporate and they gave me a gift card to go somewhere else. That's what you get with licensees - always better to use corporate stores, they aren't so hard up for money.  Response: If your store hasn't changed its software then that means the guy at the front LIED to me to avoid giving me the product I paid for. How is that any better?  And why are you asking me for a receipt when my review clearly stated that I called the company directly to resolve my issue? No one would hold onto a paint receipt after this.  What a ridiculous response - exactly what I would expect.

We have had multiple fantastic experiences at this store! They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they answered all our questions, and got us well set up to refinish our kitchen cabinets which turned out great. Wish we had started here when we repainted our house interior, but will be back for all future projects.

LOVE this place! Superior customer service, products and just always puts a smile on our face. We always find the best of what we need here. The free coffee and delicious donuts if you get there early enough are the icing on the donut.

I love this location of Catalina Paints - the service is A+ and I can always count on expert advice.  Plenty of parking in their lot right off of Burbank Blvd.
