Awesome staff, very helpful and professional! They also I haven't had this kind of service ever! Not like many woman's fashion stores where they follow you around closely and make you feel like a thief. I felt like a very well dressed Queen! And another surprise, they have a great layaway plan to help me with my financial needs. I have seen many well dressed women who when asked where they got their clothing, the answer was CATO! But don't wait because it will be gone.

I love the sales lady!!! She was very helpful and cheerful. I WILL BE BACK. Don't know her name but she started working there in January. Major kudos to Cato for hiring that gem.

They used to have beautiful women skirts and dresses worth buying now they are selling pants .everyone does not wear pants .

This place is great for a good clothing selection. I came into the store and bought two pairs of lingerie for a very convenient price. They were well worth it for the person I bought them for for Christmas this past year.

Me and my friend visited today, i was trying to get information about their credit cards and layway and the manager was very rude and impatient about the questions i asked about the card. I didnt appreciate the way i was treated at all and will not be returning. Killeen catos has much better customer service.

My new favorite place to shop....beautiful styles...good quality the clothes will make it thru the wash and last the season and fantastic prices! And their clearance racks are better than Thrift Store prices.

The best , they try to b so helpful. I have been 2 time both times I was so happy with the service I got a the deals. Both time I got some really nice. I'll b back soon.

New fall clothes are in not much on Sale. I was looking for navy blue earrings but they had none but I will be back.
