Cato

Well I just had the rudest experience of my life. I went to return some dress I bought for my mother to have on Easter. I bought 3 and had to return two that did not fit. One dress was a two piece, a slip that was under a silk cover. They were detached from each other and look as if someone put it on. Well no crap Catos lady. She tried them one. How else would she know it didn't fit. Then I was belittled like a school kid in trouble for pushing by this lady who I was informed by the cashier was the manager!!. She was complete total rude person who thought she was above me for some reason. And after her rude little speach I told her I'll just keep that dress return the other one. In which she replied "were gonna take it back this one just this time for you. But that's it." Then she processed to pull the receipt out to show on the back where it said no return policy. In which I stated again all my mother did was try it on. In fact cordele Cato my mother attempted to return the dresses to the one in Albany and they had no problem with it accept she didn't have the debit card they were bought with because I bought them with mine. I will never ever shop there again. And if for some God awful reason I have to go to a Cato I will drive to another city. Yes I am willing to spend extra money on gas just to dodge this location because your manager is a rude horrible person. Really you suck.
