If you are looking for a place to shop and feel comfortable. This is NOT the store to go to... do yourself the favor and drive to the one in Yukon. The staff there is amazing and very helpful. We visited on Saturday, May 13th around 4:15pm and The two girls behind the counter were hateful and rude and just downright horrible, First Issue is- You come out of the fitting room and the young female employee with brown hair and black glasses immediately runs up to you and starts screaming "WHERE ARE THE PANTS YOU HAD WITH YOU?! YOU TOOK IN 4 THINGS AND CAME OUT WITH THREE. WHERE ARE THEY?! GO GET THEM AND BRING THEM TO ME" Extremely uncalled for and unprofessional, are you accusing me of shoplifting? We did not enjoy that so from then on we avoided the fitting room. Second Issue- No one greeted nor asked if we needed help or even said bye or thanks, the two girls* one had dark brown hair in a ponytail with black glasses and the other had this awful orange colored redish brown hair with piercings on her face. All these two did was stand behind the register the ENTIRE time besides accusing you of stealing in the fitting room and gave dirty looks. The Third Issue is- when you go to check out they just stand there looking at you!! The one with glasses was checking everyone out while the other was being a total hag looking you up and down leaning against the counter looking at her ugly chipped fingernails, one of the pairs of pants we purchased was missing the hanger and they asked "WHERE IS THE HANGER? DID YOU LEAVE IT IN THE FITTING ROOM?! IS IT ON THE FLOOR?! GO GET IT AND BRING IT TO ME." like I'm sorry how is that my job to do yours? I can't believe they acted like this, so nasty and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. Unbelievable they allow people to work and treat customers like this. Do yourself a favor and drive to Yukon and go to the one off of Garth Brooks Blvd! At least they know how to treat the customers and make them feel welcome. Will not he returning until these girls are no longer there.

I had 6 items and none of them were sales items. I spent over $200 and the clerk did not walk my bag around to me. She made me reach over the counter. She also rang up another woman's boots and put it on my ticket and then acted like it was my fault. She huffed and puffed and it took 2 days to get my money back for the other lady's shoes. I had 3 kids with me and the clerk was annoyed looking at them like they were dirty they were fresh out of the shower with nice clothes and hair done. She was the only person working so I can see how she might have been having a hard day. But maybe if Cato took better care of their employees the employees could take batter care of their customers. I'm very displeased with the service. But the clothes are always nice and last a long time.

Very disappointed. Have been in this store several times and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Today, I had to go look for someone to let me try on clothes. I knew what blouse I wanted from being in the store last week. Gave the lady one of the items That I wanted.. Stood at the register area over 10 minutes waiting for her to come back. I decided the shirt wasn't worth waiting for so I left.

Walked in today on my lunch break, no one acknowledged me even made eye contact. I’ve never had that experience at Cato’s before. Guess I’ll shop somewhere else since it doesn’t seem like anyone wanted to do their job.

Love the stores. Have found that there is different merchandise at the stores. A little overlap, but not all. Employees are great!

Love Cato's clothes and accessories! Good quality xlothing at affordable prices.

Most of the staff have been great to work with...wish there was more of a selection to work with, not all jam-packed in.

I would have preferred a more upbeat attitude from the staff but the service was okay.

Employees are very nice and attentive. Clothes are well stocked, prices are kind of high.

I had picked out a lot of stuff and was ready to try it on but the sales clerk was to busy on a personal call to notice me so I left all my items at the check out counter and left.
