Well, I used to love going here, however, the last couple of times it’s like doing heart surgery just to ask for a dressing room. Their customer service is slowly drifting away…and quick. They seem like they hate their job and are not willing to help with anything. It’s kind of sad actually. I feel like more of an inconvenience than a welcomed customer.

Cato's is my favorite place to shop! When they do not have my size in the store they look to see if another store has it before ordering on line. Plus shipping to the store is FREE

This is my 2nd trip to this Cato and likely my last. I needed to find an outfit asap for an event, purchased 5 items to try on at home and style with other clothes, ended up returning 4 of the 5 items. Associate was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. and when I tried to make conversation, all I received back was snarky comments and a cold shoulder. 3 associates just stared at me standing at the counter before offering assistance. Even the day I purchased my clothes one of the workers almost ran me over helping someone else, didn't say excuse me or anything. **But on the bright side I loved my pants I bought! I'll definitely shop at Cato again, just not this store.

Went to pick up a ship to store order and was not aware what was happening next door at Walmart supposedly an active shooter however all i asked was maybe to hang it out the door so I could get it and was told I was stupid to even be there an put a shirt above my life. I will absolutely never return to this store after getting my purchase. Just for everyone to know it was a false call and nothing was happening at Walmart. No matter what was happening to be told by a manager I'm stupid is absolutely not okay.

Worst shopping experience ever..I kept giving this races store located in Alcoa Tennessee Hunting Crossing a chance..but after 10/9/22 & 10/12 they proved that African Americans aren’t welcome in 2022!! Sherri the store mgr is a poor example of leadership. & a coward! May Mercy find any brown or black person entering that location. The district mgr has no real idea of how paying customers are treated if you happen to be someone of color!

I went into this store with an injured foot, wearing a boot and the ladies waited on me very well....their customer service was excellent, they brought me pants to the fitting room and helped me every step of the way.....I will return to this store in the future.

Great fashion, clean neat stores, nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Great selection - I was surprised at how much plus size clothes they offer - honestly there were a lot more denim styles than I expected.

Excellent deals. Excellent quality clothing. However, I was very disappointed that I was not greeted by an associate or asked if they could help me in any way. This was the 1st time I have been to this store that this happened.

This was my first time there. I'm in TN for church. The staff was awesome the best I've seen in a long while. The selection in the store was very good.
