I returned shoes I purchased and the store manager in Brownwood Tx Beverly was very very rude. Her store associate Rebecca apologized to me several times and said that she had had a Very bad long day but this store manager continued to act like a angry aggressive person making comments and laughing at what I would say to her. I’ve literally never been so insulted. This woman needs some training on how to be at least decent to customers. When I asked her what the other girls name was she told me I did not need it that she had nothing to do With it so I said she was standing here while you actEd a fool so I asked the other lady and she told me her name. I did not want to give even one star after the treatment I received but it was the only way I could submit a review. They accused me of wearing these shoes I returned that I could not try on in the store. This was ridiculous. Keep your bad day to yourself.

I had a wonderful experience at Cato's today. The 2 sales ladies Beverly and Rebecca were very welcoming. They asked if I needed any help. I was looking for some pants to wear to a couple of concerts I'm going to. Beverly suggested some pants. They did not have my size. But ReBecca was able to look them up and order them for me. I ordered 2 colors of the same kind of pants. They also suggested some jewelry. They have a lot of cute Fall colors. I definitely be going back. They are a lot cute and fashionable Fall items. Thank you Beverly and Rebecca for a wonderful shopping experiences! I will be seeing yall soon ladies.
