Cute clothing but definitely a lack of good customer service! I went in and no one acknowledged me yet they did everyone else who walked in or out of the store. I was there looking for business clothes but I guess the way I was dressed they didn't figure I had money to spend so they refused to acknowledge me! I just got off work so yeah I may not have looked the best but your loss for sure!

This store has some of the cutest clothes & accessories! I think it is often forgotten but it stands the test if time !

A clean and modern boutique like shop with a very kind and friendly sales team willing to help you choose outfits from their high quality fashions . This shop seems to have new merchandise arrive daily!! Head to toe you can dress and accessorize.

I love Catos, and the ladies are awesome, more like girlfriends and so helpful. That's my place to get up to date apparel and jewelry and shoes and purses.

I can not believe how pushy the employee we dealt with was. She was all too interested in how we were doing, but it didn't feel warm and kind at all it was like she was being nosey and impatient with us. Kept asking how we were doing in the dressing room while we were in the middle of talking. When I agree annoyed by her attitude she backed down some and started acting overly nice like she was trying to make up for her behavior. Item quality is okay at best, and prices aren't too great either. Used to be an awesome place, had gone downhill over the years.

Always leave with something. Love this place. I wish they would have stayed open in Lee's Summitt Missouri.

Had to wait for ever to check out, manager is very rude, had to call in to get card to work….I will drive to blue springs where they take care of their store and customers.

Lisa the manager and the other lady were great treated people with disabilities like normal people and makes them feel welcome in the shop.

I love this store. They always have the most up-to-date fashions; at amazing process. The people are so friendly and helpful.
