Catos Clothing Store

They have a lot of Clearance, I guess to make room for new inventory. The associate wasn't friendly at all she never asked if she could help us find what we were looking for nor did she speak about any store offers they may have had. They need better customer service.

I hadn't been here in a long time. I am glad I went in the store. I found the best outfit for the concert I was going to! Good prices! Great customer service! I will definitely go there again! They have clearance racks!

I got a black business jacket for work and a casual , cold shoulder, long sleeve to that's really nice! Love me some Cato! I always find a little something here.

Excellent Service! I was greated at the door. I had to pick up my order and she made sure I opened my box to make sure I was satisfied. Once I opened the box the white trouser pants had a pink mark on them, the associate immediately pulled the system up and suggested to reorder another pair and sold me some face masks that was on sale. Great Experience!

I love shopping here the clothes are perfect for me

I’ve been buying clothes from here for years. However the last 2 purchases I made the clothes fell apart. I took them back to the store once I got tired of everything falling apart. I spent $200 in that store on one trip and took about $125 worth of clothes back. The lady I talked to on the phone told me if I had my receipt I could get my money back or if I didn’t she’d give me back what they were worth. That was a LIE!! They gave me a gift card not even money or a refund for the amount they said the clothes was worth. By the time I was done $125 worth of clothes was $31. Then they had nerve to tell me to shop with them again. No thanks! I don’t appreciate buying clothes that fall apart and I definitely don’t appreciate being lied to!!

I'm a guy so shopping is not very enjoyable for me but I don't mind it if there is a chair to sit while I wait. And this store had that chair. I give it a 5 star because the staff helped us when we needed it and I found it a relaxing location. Guys this is a place to take your ladies.

Everytime I shop at Cato, all the associates are very professional and friendly. Anytime I need assistance they are quick to assist. I have shopped at Cato for over 15 years and all my experiences were exceptional.

Wow really enjoyed my shopping experience. Found clothes I could wear and at a fair price. There was a lots of clothes on clearance and a lot of sizes to choose from which was great for me. Found some great deals with accessories.

Very friendly staff made for great one-on-one customer service. And the prices are fantastic for the quality clothing! I love shopping here.
