I cannot say enough good things about Caughman-Harman. Ashley was the most compassionate and kind person I have dealt with in a long time. At a time in my life when I felt like everything was falling apart, he spent the time to touch base with me daily to make sure that I was doing okay. He figuratively held my hand through the whole process and went out of his way to make sure I was kept informed of everything. I would highly recommend Caughman-Harman for your end of life plans.
Caughman Harman did a beautiful job for my Mother’s service and burial. Everything was just as she would have wanted it. Brent Caughman and the rest of the staff made me and my family feel so at ease during a difficult time.
Every person who works at Caughman-Harman was pleasant, eager to help, easy to work with, and made the planning of the service for my mother as pleasant as possible. They worked with us to provide a live stream to allow out-of-state family to view the service, and gave our musicians time to rehearse and set up their sound equipment. It was an emotional time for us all, but the staff at Caughman-Harman made this a memorable day.
The most pleasurable people to work with. They have handled 3 funerals for our family. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is so passionate. They do whatever it takes to meet your needs.
Highly recommend Caughman-Harman - Lexington, especially funeral director Ashley Hicks. He helped us with our Dad's service 10 months ago and was very professional and responsive to our questions. So, when Mom passed away recently, we requested him again. The entire staff was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them for your funeral needs.
We were greeted by Summer and she was very nice and personable. She made the experience go very smoothly. She answered all questions we had, and if she didn't know something she went and asked and got us our answer. All our thanks to Summer for making the experience more comfortable.
Brent Caughman was so kind and patient when I had the sad task of planning my husband's funeral. All options were carefully presented and all expenses were clearly stated. The day of the funeral went flawlessly. Brent was at the church before I arrived and had everything in place as was promised. The loss of a loved one is such a sad, stressful life event, but Caughman-Harman took so much of that burden off me. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Everyone at Caughman- Hartman was so helpful. They made us feel comfortable and cared for. My sister, brother and I are thankful for the people who assisted us through this difficult time.
Samantha at Caughman Harmon is amazing !!! During the horrible loss of my husband she helped plan and organize his funeral along with making special arrangements for us to see my hubsand when he arrived home from Africa. She made sure every detail was handled for me and our family. She went the extra mile on everything for my husband and I. The staff at Caughman and harmon are attentive, compassionate, and respectful. During the loss of a loved one it is hard to make arrangements and handle every detail which is why choosing Caughman Harmon was a great fit for us. I can't thank Samantha and the staff enough!!!
I was so very thankful for the wonderful staff at Caughman-Harman. They went above and beyond to help us during our difficult time.
