Cauldron is a fermented foods producer located in Boston, MA. Cauldron produces authentically fermented sauerkraut and pickled vegetables.
We are a fermented foods company. In fact we are Boston's FIRST fermented foods company. We are two co-founders looking to bring the delicious taste and healthy benefits of authentically fermented foods to the great city of Boston.
We have four products: Black and White Sauerkraut (Sauerkraut with black pepper); Salvadoran Curtido; Fire Cracker Carrots (Spicy fermented carrots); and Dilly Beans (String Beans fermented with a classic dill and garlic pickle profile).
In the long term we hope to not only expand the vegetable ferments we produce, but to expand to include Kombucha production as well as Mead production.
