A great friend we made in Arkansas originally from Texas Tommy Payne, told my son where he can get a George Strait cowboy hat since my son really liked his hat. First thing we did this morning was get up to go to the store and purchase the cowboy hat. Once entering we were greeted by Ana,Madison and Brittany. This store has a very big selection they have sales and clearance which is applied once it is scanned at the register. Ana was such a wonderful help my son asked her for everything he needed and she assisted him with such patience. We bought the cowboy hat and much more.
I would have given the place 5 stars because i have been coming here for many years , i was born in this city and work for this city. I started purchasing my work boots here 5 years ago, and never had anything negative to say, the girls working there have been very helpful all the time and very attentive towards us... But this last time we went in 2 girl employees were attending some young fellows, we came in the door, they just looked at us and turned right back. Without even greeting us , i walked all the way towards the work boots and 2 more employees were too busy I'm guessing to even ask if we needed help. At the Register was this girl ,who looked very confused and might have been new ,because she didn't know how to sell us the boots because we were using our Work Card. I usually don't have much to say on reviews but i was a bit disappointed this time.
I bought a from hoodie from this place for $249.95 and it as damaged so I tried to return it and get the same one same size just not damaged brand new and the lady says she can't do nothing about that I have to keep it came with the receipt and everything that's the last time I buy a hoodie from here brand new hoodie I didn't pay so much just to get a damaged hoodie that they sold me. Be careful make sure you get the right size and that your merchandise is not damaged.
I was in the Baytown, TX location on Saturday January 22, 2022, with my son for him to purchase jeans. We were in the store approximately 45 minutes and my son had go back and forth to the dressing room for other options because no one was helping. Both bathrooms were empty of toilet tissue and I reported that to one of the associates. I can tell you no associate in this store lit any fires except talking with each other and laughing. We were ready to check out and 3 girls were standing at the register and asked another if she was checking us out. She in turn responded with can't you check them out. I have made my last trip to this store. Customer service socks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Do not expect to get any help! My husband and I were there at LEAST 30 minutes before someone asked us if we needed help... and that was only because by that time we had over $800 in FRCs and work boots in our hands. At that time they still asked would you like me to put that at the front? Of course not, so you can get an undeserving commission?! There were about 5-6 people on the floor, not busy at all, and never asked to help me or my husband. I chose not to buy my work apparel here for this reason!
Excellent help from a young man named Cameron. Very knowledgeable on all products, helped me find the correct footwear for my job. Would highly recommend thus location

First time at this location. I would definitely be shopping here again. I'd like to thank Natasha. She made something that I have been dreading enjoyable, after all this was my fourth store of the day and the day before I was on a hunt for boots as well . Thank you and Merry Christmas.
Great place to get your western wear and frc work clothes. Only place my husband likes to go shopping. Shout out to the staff at baytown Cavenders..
Went in today to buy my first pair of boots since moving here. Me and my family were met by Dana. She is a real gem. She helped me from start to finish getting me set for my cruise. Very knowledgeable and great taste. She is also great with the kiddo playing with him while i tried on different boots. She definitely made a return customer that will be asking for her by name
