The staff was very unwelcoming, except Nicholas. He welcomed us in, had great customer service, and did not hesitate to assist us when we needed help finding an item.

They have great service and a really friendly staff there! Plus, they have good, quality merchandise, some of which you can't find anywhere else. I bought a flannel lined Levi's denim jacket and a beautifully decorated wool blanket back in 1992!!!! And both of which I still have and use to this day!! Whenever I visit San Antonio I always make it a point to visit their store!! Keep up the great work guys!!
I was in search of a store that would clean and repair straw/wool hats and I landed here. Employees and staff greeted me since I entered and they were very helpful, respectful and courteous. I want to thank all the staff and employees, especially Rafael and Roberto who were the ones that took care of my hats. Pricing is affordable! This store has top quality experience and great employees! Definitely recommending Cavenders and definitely coming back! Happy Customer!
I love the smell of the place if you like the smell of leather. I like the service with a smile, as well as the prices vs other western outfitters in the Laredo area. Was worth the trip and even felt comfortable enough to buy some things here. Had a gentleman helper tag a long with me the entire time I was in the store answering all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. Very pleasant shopping experience.
Super bad experience! I ordered a jacket through the store cause they had ran out of my size. They said it would take about 7days. I waited 2weeks,called every Friday just to see if it had arrived,they kept telling me it hadn't arrived. Turns out they put my item on the shelf after I had already paid for it! I went to the store and saw it it was the same tag # as my receipt! The ladies in the front desk didn't even call me to say my item had arrived nor apologized for their mistake. They went out to the back to hideout. I do not recommend this place. Super bad service too, the workers ignore you even after you ask for assistance. This company should really take more time to see who they hire..your employees are making such a good store look really bad.

First of all I had to take a deep deep deep breathe in order to write these review, if there was an option of giving a 0 star I would do it...Once again I received the worst customer service from all the ladies who worked there example: synthia and Ashley who were extremely rude to me and my mom. Me and my mom wanted to purchased some items but at the end we decided not to purchased anything due to rudeness of all the ladies .As well when me or my mom needed help they would ignored us and they were all standing there talking to each other instead of assisting us in anything we need . If these problem continues I will never go back and shop there, I will go to another store where I can recieve a good customer service .It will be a shame for you to loose a great customer like me since I always purchased all my clothes there. Everytime I go to the store all the employees never never greet meet or assist me with anything ,I'm always having to ask for assistant . As well they make faces whenever I asked for assistant .Can you please review more carefully what kind of sales associates you hired .
Very nice place..love the leather smell but the times I've gone into it..the restrooms are dirty! All three baskets are over full..this is the third time I see this...over all the customer service is nice in greeting while walking in and leaving. Dec 26th..went back into restrooms and again dirty! Photos provided..there are like 5 woman who work there..don't know who's the dirty one..or who's cleaning up..but as pics show..looks like noone is..store is good..restrooms are DIRTY!
