It's funny, I didn't actually check the reviews before going here last week. Now I know why they are so highly rated. I have lost weight and shrunk out of all my old jeans, so not only did I need some new jeans, I wasn't even sure exactly what size. I'm also tall enough that it's uncommon to find my size off the rack, so I figured my best chance was a western store like this with hopefully a big selection. We were greeted immediately at the door by a very helpful older gentleman, who assured us that, yes, they do carry 36 length in most of their selections, and he was happy to help us personally. I really was just expecting to be pointed in the general direction of the jeans department, and honestly, I probably would have been happy with that. But no, he this was Brad took the time to work with us 1-on-1 to find the exact right size and style. Even better, the jeans I wanted were on sale, which was nice but really wasn't the reason we came in. In this day and age where customer service seems to be largely a lost art, it's nice to know that it's not completely gone. Granted, I came in the early afternoon on a weekday when the store wasn't busy, I'm sure not everyone gets this level of service when there are more customers. But at least this store is well managed and they train their employees. Most stores these days also ask you politely to go fill out a survey, and I almost never do. This time I did, they earned it.
Large store with a huge selection of cowboy boots. This store also carries clothing and accessories. Helpful staff, located right off the highway, plenty of parking.
Friendly people. Excellent selection! Reasonable prices. Customer service was excellent. We will be visiting again.
We went in to see Benny, the gentleman, who works on hats. He did a great job cleaning an older family hat I brought in that needed some love and care. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his services. Even though they are free while you shop at the store, don't forget to tip him for his time. Thank you Benny!
No one greeted me. All four associates were behind the register gossiping three girls one boy. Which the boy seemed new since he was giving everyone misinformation in regards to the tax free items. Associates seemed very bothered anytime you had a question in regards to the sales that they had going. I was really excited to buy some boots for a wedding and honestly just ended up turning around asking for a refund since they had so much to say under their breaths when I walked away. Date I was there 8/11/2023 around 8pm.
Always love going in this store. Wish they had big girls clothes.
Great service. Shopping for boots for the grandkids. Can't recall the name of the employee that helped us, but he was extremely patient and helpful.
Benny is extremely professional. He helped me find an awesome pair of Ariat boots. The store has a huge selection of boots.
Perfect service! Chris helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I never experienced service this good.
All the staff are very friendly and will help make your visit outstanding so you will come back. They have lots of western styles to pick from with good prices.
