This store is only getting a star because I can't give them none. This store is completely disorganized inventory wise. The one pair of boots I liked I found in four different places, none of which was even close to what I needed. Nothing is near each other so I am having to search the entire stock on the shelves to know if they have what I am looking for. The associates know nothing other than "everything is out on the shelves" and haven't even tried to look in the back. I am looking for 10.5 EE or EEE steel toe Tony Lama, Justin, or Ariat whether it is slip on or lace up and they don't have anything even close. I was greeted when I walked in the door but other than that I had to hunt for an associate to ask questions and they don't know anything. It's either I don't know, yeah, or I don't think so. The incompetence here is frustrating to the point that I am never going to shop here. I didn't buy anything and I never will. I wish corporate would get involved because this is silly. Hire some people that actually know something about boots other than "these are cute" and aren't flirting with every single decent looking female that walks in.
Place was nice. Service could have been a little better. They seemed to be ready to go home.
Bought some new Ariat work boots. They have such a great selection at this store and the customer service is second to none
They have a decent selection, but always go to Boot Barn if you want any help or to not feel judged. God forbid you don't wear makeup that day or look like you're not 10000% ready to barrel race. I chose to go in both ways, multiple times, and saw different sides of everyone here that correlated to those ideas. I started a new job & was so prepared to drop hundreds of dollars to update my closet after losing weight also & boot barn got it instead, where they were so friendly and sweet and helpful.
I don't know why this is considered and western store,because it doesn't give off that persona.. The workers didn't move from their spot by the front door and never asked if we needed any help. But the workers there watched us like we were going to still something . Was the most uncomfortable time I had ever spent in a store ever. Prices are outrageous. Will not go back and would not recommend. Use to love this store when it first came out ,but now it is a high priced store .
I just called up there to see if they had something in stock so I wouldn't have to order it online. Abby answered the phone and was super helpful! She didn't even give me grief when I made her look up other stuff for me. She would write down the item # and run to the back to check for it! She was super quick and great! Thank you!

THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL... ALTHOUGH THEY SEEMED SHOCKED THAT I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE MY VERY FIRST PAIR OF BOOTS, SO IT FELT A LITTLE STRANGE. I ALSO SPENT A GOOD BIT OF MONEY ON THEM. {NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER}
Took my grandson here for his first time to get him a hat and belt. Nick, the manager, is one awesome guy and he took care of our needs. Cavenders is our go to place for great deals for western apparel and its strictly because of Nick Roberts.
