Was strung along by this company for three weeks waiting for a quote on an air conditioner condenser replacement. Followed up several times and continue to be ghosted while the heat waves come pouring in. Folks I spoked to were kind enough, but that isn't worth much at this point. It is the busy season for AC work of course, but that isn't an excuse for agreeing to take on work that can't be fulfilled or followed up on. Neighbors who worked with them had the same experience.  Ended up going with Eco Air.
