It's a very well stocked and laid out store. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, really nice experiences dealing with staff every time I go there. They should give out tissues at the door because some of the prices are eye-watering.
My experiences with CBS have always been stellar! The staff members I have dealt with have always been professional and well informed about their products. I live in NJ and have been able to renovate a bathroom at my Mom's house there because of the help and great products from CBS. I recently ordered light fixtures from their online store and one item was damaged. I emailed the store and they offered to have a replacement delivered to me the next day! I can't put into words how awesome they are at CBS!
They tried to help me, but they do not know how. I found on line that they sell Dremmel. After looking and looking WE found the accessories, but it was much harder to find the tool. They were about to tell me "we do not have it" or they did?
It’s a wonderful place to shop! The staff are super kind and helpful. You can check for items online and see if they are there before driving to the store. Order and have items delivered to your door and more, top notch!
So I made two calls to your Carmichael store only to be hung up on the first time and give attitude the second. First call went straight to call waiting and waited for 6 minutes only to be "transfered" and hung up on. The second call was met with same lady after waiting for 4 minutes who - after I inquired about an item again - returned after putting me on hold for less than 10 seconds tells "We carry them, but we're 'out'." To whoever that lady was, if you don't like your job, QUIT! If customers don't call or come in, you wouldn't have a phone to answer. DO BETTER!
This place is AWESOME & in my opinion, the best in The Bahamas! Always my first choice! They're located in Nassau and I live in Exuma, but their online store make it possible for me to shop and receive my items in a VERY timely matter, almost unbelievable how fast they send my items! Keep up the great work. Also, emails are answered in a timely manner and very informative with updates and solutions!
Great customer service. I was being help by a guy name Jamal boy he's a great helper, he help me with some sand and cement. He attitude was great and show great respect to me as a customer. Keep him he's a great helpful person
The employees or staff members seem uninterested with assisting me as i seek out a few items - There were two ladies behind a high walled mounted area that attempted to assist. I won't add anything else to my experience at this store - it simply doesn't worth it.
Nice store with everything you could want in building supplies, hardware, tools and equipment. Staff are very helpful but if you don't know where anything is, you might have to go looking for one of them for assistance. Like that when you checkout you can actually see the cash register prices as they are being rung up. Would be nice if they had some kind of store directory at the entrance so you would know where to look for anything. Overall it was a good shopping experience with fair prices and closer to home than Marathon Mall
Always clean, well-organized and an overall great place to get all your home products. The prices are generally reasonable however the service depends on the staff member encountered. Some associates are exceptionally helpful and kind but others couldn't care less and just want to be social with their colleagues.
