This 45 minute workout will be the best part of your day! In each one hour class you will be thoroughly instructed step-by-step by our outgoing and welcoming coaches through a warm-up, review of movements, and fired up for a high intensity cardio and strength work out for all fitness levels.
Each class is designed to focus on core strengthening and improving muscular and cardio endurance. Be ready to take your fitness and life to the next level with our fantastic trainers and community!
Initially, our schedule will run as follows:
Monday: 7-7:45PM
Tuesday:10:15-11:00AM & 5-5:45PM
Thursday:10:15-11:00AM & 5-5:45PM
Friday: 5:45-6:30PM
Saturday: 10-10:45AM
As demand grows, we will maneuver classes to try and accommodate so please notify CCMAF of different time slots you would like to see SPICE.
