REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Installed cameras in my home. They work amazing. I referred 3 of my friends and we all like the system a lot. UPDATE - Just caught the guys that were coming on my property. Love the system. We caught the gentleman stealing our packages!
Talked to Jason about having trouble recording and playback He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional.he got on team viewer and fixed the problem.I highly recommend this company .Great service
I am in need of a new security camera replacement with wide angle. I placed an order with cctvsecuritypros, within 15 minutes Jason called and didn't have a compatible dvr in my order history. We therefore compared my current dvr and it is not compatible with their cameras, normally this is where a company will get angry or try to up sell me a whole new system, they gave me the relevant info I needed to solve my problem with no expectations. Customer service is lacking in so many companies, I really appreciated this kind of service. If I am in need in the future for security equipment I'll be looking at them first!
Our HOA recently updated our system with new cameras. Our NVR and inital 2 cameras were in working order so we just added cameras. Being that the system was initially set up by HOA members no longer connected with our community we had difficulty coordinating the operation. I had to call several times for different issues and just love that someone actually answers the phone and voice mails for a particular dept are returned speedily. Ed from technical support has to have a Gold Star and a pay raise for the amount of patience and knowledge he exhibited. Through excellent customer service and problem solving skills Ed was able to walk us through getting all cameras assigned and operataional. We even had to coordinate with a handyman so that we could give Ed the model # from the older cameras yet he met the challenge with a scheduled call to ensure we could complete the task as efficiently as possible. Thank you so much from 100% satisfied customer! Seriously, couldn't ask for more.
I purchased a 16 channel DVR and 16 analog camera's from Security Pro's in 2015. In 2018 I purchased a HD over Coax 16 channel DVR and camera's. Then in 2021 I purchased a 32 channel IP NVR, Poe and HD Camera's. Every time I made a purchase I also included the wiring to connect the camera's. Once I paid my electricians to hard wire these systems the cost was only a third of what local security companies quoted me. As the owner of my own business's installing security systems is just one of many hats I wear. Needless to say I was a little past my knowledge base. I didn't know how to initialize IP camera's, I didn't know how to set up remote viewing, how to connect to my network and many others questions that would arise. However it didn't matter. All I had to do was go to the security pro's website and download the job aide. If I still had questions I could pick up the phone and call them. There are many knowledgeful individuals within this organization. Tim & Ed are two that have been invaluable to me. I could not have installed these systems without the. They do not rush you off the phone. You do not feel like a bother too them. They do not hang up until they have resolved your issue. Setting up a security system on your own can be challenging but not when you have these folks by your side. I have called them about equipment I have purchased years ago and they still are willing to help. They do not charge for there expertise. Do not use anyone else. I have and regretted it. They have helped me to pick the right systems and have helped me set them up. GREAT Company to do business with.
I have bought three systems at three different times from these guys, that should say why!! The equipment is solid and the tech support is awesome. I would call myself a Prosumer, I am a end user but like quality stuff with people I can call and get help if needed. After the initial install on some rather complicated installs I have, the systems are easy to use.
so today i ran into a bunch of technical issues with my system after multiple call and couldnt get thru i contacked jason at his personal extention. he has since been moved into a different possition and instead of just transfering the call he sat with me for 20 min and fixed the problems for me and im not tech savy at all. more companies need people like jason he went way benoynd to help and not just help me but completely take it on himself to fix the issues. the only bad thing about this review is im not giving out his personal ext. once again thank you if you see this
Great cameras, wonderful resolution. Had intermittent problems with camera not recording, called support, Jason spent hours with me, did everything he possibly could to reset system, set up each individual camera, didn't hang up until everything was working properly. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, his expertise got me through the issues flawlessly. I highly recommend these cameras, I would only recommend this company, it's not only the cameras you are buying, it's the support system, and they definitely have the best.
This is my second purchase in two years replacing older dvrs . One for my businesss and for my home. The older system was very complicated to do remote accessing , with the newer one s, its a breeze. Especially with the very easy to understand videos that cctv security pros have online, and If you still cant get it ,just give them a call and you will get a very professional voice on the other end to help you out in a jiffy. Thats been my experience!! I am grateful that I have the technical support that they offer. Also they have pretty good prices.
After a very difficult time trying to reconnect remote view, I had the GREAT fortune of connecting with an OUTSTANDING CCTV Pro. Jason, who is on Extension 817. Jason was SUPERB in assisting me. He was not only patient with my poor technical skills, but was a genuine pro in fixing the problem. Besides his great technical knowledge, Jason has the right personality, patience, demeanor and cordiality that is a must for individuals that deal with customers. His customer service served to reassure that CCTV Pros is the Best in the business. If I could, I would have given him more than 5 Stars.
