This place is amazing! I showed up on an unplanned adventure with some special requests and needs and the people working here were happy to accommodate me. Planned to stay for a week and I’ve been here a month already! The spots are spacious and there is plenty of room for backing and turning…even for a rookie with a 40ft trailer. The park is quiet but people are friendly when you do see them. The clubhouse is like being at my grandmas’s house. Shower houses and on site laundry SPOTLESS every day. Pet friendly with a nice fenced “dog corral” for a little off leash play. Only 5 miles from the Hot Springs of T or C….and 5 minutes from Elephant Butte reservoir. Love this place!
Booked online to stay a week and then ended up staying 21/2 weeks. Great RV park. Very nice people that work there. Our space was gravel & very large. We backed up our 44ft 5th wheel to quiet, open desert. The laundry was good, except there was always a broken washer or two. Didn’t use showers. They have great dog walking trails & even ATV trails. Not a lot in the town of elephant butte, couple restaurants & gas stations but Truth or Consequences has pretty much what you need. Only a few minutes away. When you’re there go to elephant butte lake & riverbend hot springs, very worth it! If we’re ever back in the area we would definitely stay there again!
We spent a night on 28 January 2022 at this fine place. We selected it based on reviews. Super friendly staff brought us directly to our site, which was about 30' wide by 80' long and allowed us to keep the truck connected. Super clean bathroom and shower. This was the cleanest RV park we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when in the area.
We had a nice, restful one night stay. We were greeted by friendly staff who guided us to our site. Our site was almost perfectly level. The sites are a decent size. Water pressure was good. The free WiFi was fast and no interruptions. The roads in the park are wide and we had no problems maneuvering our 40’ motor home. Roads are gravel, level, and very well maintained. The park is set well back from the road and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
We spent a few days here for Memorial Day and were very glad we did. The park was quiet and everybody was super nice. The long term residents were awesome and offered to help when we had some truck issues. We enjoyed just walking around chatting with folks after coming off the lake. There were quite a few kids riding bikes and people walking so I like that they have a 10 mph speed limit and call people out if they're going too fast. The bathroom/showers are clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again!
My wife and I are staying in the area for several months. The monthly rate at Cedar Cove is good. The park is clean and well kept with spacious sites. There are a few price points available with options for basic sites, or sites with covered patios, or even storage sheds. Our motor home is 36', and our site is more than big enough for our RV and our car. The clubhouse has good laundry facilities and a nice kitchen which is available for use by the park guests. There are DVD's and books available for free checkout. There is a separate small clubhouse with pool table and exercise equipment. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The park is close to Elephant Butte reservoir for those who are looking for water recreation. The small town of Elephant Butte has reasonable services, and the town of Truth or Consequences is only a few miles away with even more services, including good restaurants.
We have stayed at Cedar Cove Rv park before last year for 3 months, which enabled us to know that we wanted to come back when we were in the area. The park is very clean; restrooms, office, club house and the grounds! The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful! Our favorite people are Eileen and Joe, but everyone is very nice! We love the actives, the new fitness room and game room. The sites are great especially for our big rig. The other campers are respectful and the management makes sure of it. The doggie corral is great too! It is very peaceful here, I don't know who loves it more our dogs or us!
We stayed at their sister park, Cedar Cove Too, for two months, but used the kitchen and laundry at Cedar Cove. The facilities are very clean. I love the Christmas decorations in the kitchen/dining area...It made us feel at home. Office staff was friendly too and showed us around. Would return!
Beautiful views at this park. Pam was very helpful and friendly. Our site was located right next to the clean, private bathrooms. Nice showers. A well manicured park. It has a nice bbq area with picnic tables and shade. There is also a fitness room/game room with a pool table and dart board. Gravel sites. WiFi was good and we had good antennae tv reception.
We love this park! This was our second year staying here. The restrooms, showers, laundry facility are impeccably clean. The office staff is pleasant, professional and bend over backwards to accommodate you and make your stay pleasant. Fairly active clubhouse with activities, which we didn’t participate in but were always made to feel welcome. Good restaurants in the area, and lots of things to see and do: Chloride Pioneer Museum, Gila forest drive to Silver City, VLA, Spaceport, etc, etc. Cedar Cove RV Park is a real community, very friendly. Mail and package service. Can’t say enough good things about this park. The best we have been to so far, and the price is very reasonable.
