The host when we first got there was not too friendly, maybe she had a rough day or something but it should've been better. The food was incredible! I know it's a wee expensive so save it for special occasions, perhaps? But totally worth it! Our waitress was excellent! Food came out quick and the place was just beautiful.

Recently rediscovered this lovely place. Stopped by on a late Saturday evening on our way home. We had missed the dinner rush, but there were still quite a few people in the bar area enjoying the music of the pianist. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, & I enjoyed the music very much. It is hard to find any live music venues any more. We returned the following Saturday earlier than before, & it was very full. They had a few seats outside at the patio area. We ordered some very tasty zucchini sticks, & I ordered a Cobb salad to take home. Some couples were dancing by the doorway to the piano players songs. The sun was setting, it was so nice. Our server Anne Marie was terrific! We will be back!
Everything was amazing. My husband took me here to celebrate, and the food and service were great. We ordered the steak and lobster, chef kiss delicious. The crab cakes are a must have -we even ordered a 2nd batch to take back with us. We will definitely visit again!Food: 5/5
This is my parents' favorite restaurant, so we took them to celebrate there for their 72nd Anniversary. It's now our favorite, too. I called ahead to request a table/booth in a more quiet location that would accommodate a wheelchair and oxygen tank. The booth was just perfect! The service and food both were fabulous. Portions are generous and reasonably priced.
I was in the area working and ran into this place. I am.so glad I did. The food was terrific. The staff very friendly and even though I didn't have reservations and wasn't dress accordingly, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were attended by a fairly new server who was very well versed in the establishment fare, he made great suggestions from main course, appetizers and desserts. I even two more slices of their Lemon Tart, it was sooo lemony. You must try it. Very well recommended. I Will definitely be back because they have entertainment every night. Romantic music.
Overall, my experience at Cedar Creek Inn was very positive. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek Inn to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Brea.Food: 5/5
I went for lunch to try their Monte Cristo sandwich. It's always been a favorite of mine. It's supposed to be battered and deep fried. Theirs tastes like it was pre-cooked and then warmed up...not what I was expecting. Very disappointing. I was in a booth and it was so dark, I couldn't see the menu and it was extremely noisy. The service was perfect.
